また、本発明によるディスプレイ装置の製造方法は、液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つをフレーム形成用金型に設置する段階と、前記金型にレジンを注入する段階と、前記レジンを硬化させて、前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つと結合されたフレームを形成する段階とを含み、前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットは接着層として相互接着され、前記金型のフレームに設けられ、前記接着層は、光を拡散させる光拡散用接着シートであり、前記フレームは、シリコーンと合成樹脂との少なくともいずれか1つを含むレジンから形成され、前記液晶パネルを収納するための第1収納溝と、前記バックライトユニットを収納するための第2収納溝と、前記光拡散用接着シートの側面を収納するための第3収納溝と、前記第1収納溝と第3収納溝との間で突出された突出部とを含み、前記光拡散用接着シートは、前記突出部の下面と前記第3収納溝に付着される。

Claims (11)
- 液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つを収納するフレームと、
前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットを相互接着させる接着層と、を含み、
前記接着層は、光を拡散させる光拡散用接着シートであり、
前記フレームは、
シリコーンと合成樹脂との少なくともいずれか1つを含むレジンから形成され、
前記液晶パネルを収納するための第1収納溝と、
前記バックライトユニットを収納するための第2収納溝と、
前記光拡散用接着シートの側面を収納するための第3収納溝と、
前記第1収納溝と第3収納溝との間で突出された突出部と
を含み、
前記光拡散用接着シートは、前記突出部の下面と前記第3収納溝に付着される、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記光拡散用接着シートは液状粘着剤と光散乱用粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記液状粘着剤はレジンを含み、前記光散乱用粒子はアクリルを含む、請求項2に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つをフレーム形成用金型に設置する段階と、
前記金型にレジンを注入する段階と、
前記レジンを硬化させて、前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットとの少なくともいずれか1つと結合されたフレームを形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記液晶パネルとバックライトユニットは接着層として相互接着され、前記金型のフレームに設けられ、
前記接着層は、光を拡散させる光拡散用接着シートであり、
前記フレームは、
シリコーンと合成樹脂との少なくともいずれか1つを含むレジンから形成され、
前記液晶パネルを収納するための第1収納溝と、
前記バックライトユニットを収納するための第2収納溝と、
前記光拡散用接着シートの側面を収納するための第3収納溝と、
前記第1収納溝と第3収納溝との間で突出された突出部と
を含み、
前記光拡散用接着シートは、前記突出部の下面と前記第3収納溝に付着される、ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットの相互結合は、
前記バックライトユニット上に光拡散用接着シート材を塗布する段階と、
前記光拡散用接着シート材が塗布されたバックライトユニット上に液晶パネルを結合させる段階と、を含む請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記光拡散用接着シート材は液状粘着剤及び光散乱用粒子の混合物から形成された、請求項5に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記液状粘着剤はレジンを含み、前記光散乱用粒子はアクリルを含む、請求項6に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記金型は、前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットの外形と対応する形態で形成された、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記レジンは合成樹脂とシリコーンとのいずれか1つを含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記フレームは、前記金型と前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットとの間の空間に形成され、
前記フレームの側壁は、前記バックライトユニット及び液晶パネルの側面に対応する形態で形成される、
請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記レジンは前記液晶パネル及びバックライトユニットの間から注入される、請求項4に記載のディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
