Description

前記リターン電極が前記ハンドピースの近位端に位置し、該リターン電極が前記剥削用チップを囲んでいる、項目3に記載の装置。
(項目5)
ハンドピース、剥削用チップ、外部フィードバック制御機構、ソース電極、リターン電極、位置決めリング、および電気モータを備え、該ソース電極が該位置決めリング内に位置している、制御型剥削装置。
(項目6)
前記剥削用チップが湿潤化液を含む、項目1から項目5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
(項目7)
前記剥削用チップが、導電性材料および非導電性材料からなる群から選択される材料を含む、項目1および項目3から項目5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
(項目8)
前記剥削用チップが導電性材料を含み、該剥削用チップが前記ソース電極である、項目7に記載の装置。
(項目9)
前記導電性材料が複数の穿孔を備える、項目8に記載の装置。
(項目10)
前記剥削用チップが使い捨ての剥削用チップであり、前記装置が該剥削用チップを囲むカップを更に備える、項目1から項目9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
(項目11)
前記リターン電極が前記ハンドピースの外部にある、項目5に記載の制御型剥削装置。
(項目12)
組織部位のインピーダンスを低下させるための方法であって、
項目1から項目10のいずれか一項に記載の制御型剥削装置を該組織部位に適用することと、
前記剥削用チップを該組織部位上に配置することと、
前記電気モータを作動させることと、
該組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定することと
を包含する、方法。
(項目13)
前記組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するステップが、前記ソース電極と前記リターン電極との間に電流を適用することを含む、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目14)
前記電気的パラメータが、電流カウント、特定期間における電流カウント変化、電流カウントの瞬間変化率、前記組織部位におけるインピーダンス値、特定期間における該組織部位におけるインピーダンス値変化、該組織部位と参照組織部位との間のインピーダンス値の差からなる群から選択される、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目15)
前記電気的パラメータを解析することと、および前記解析の結果に基づいて前記剥削用チップの継続期間、速度もしくは作用力、またはその組合せを制御することとを更に備える、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目16)
前記解析するステップが、前記測定された電気的パラメータを処理して前記組織部位の前記電流カウントまたはインピーダンス値を導き出すことを含む、項目15に記載の方法。
(項目17)
前記制御するステップが、前記解析された電気的パラメータが所定の値に実質的に等しいまたは所定の値を超える場合に前記モータを停止するステップを含む、項目15に記載の方法。
(項目18)
前記組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するステップが、前記剥削用チップの前記組織部位への適用中連続して実行される、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目19)
前記剥削用チップの適用を停止した後に被検体センサーまたは薬物送達組成物もしくは装置を前記組織部位上に配置することを更に備える、項目17に記載の方法。
(項目20)
前記被検体センサーが、グルコース、ラクテート、血液ガス、血液pH、電解質、アンモニア、タンパク質およびバイオマーカーからなる群から選択される被検体の検知が可能である、項目19に記載の方法。
(項目21)
項目1から項目10のいずれか一項に記載の制御型剥削装置と、湿潤化液とを備える、組織部位のインピーダンスを低下させるためのキット。
(項目22)
2以上の剥削用チップを備える、項目21に記載のキット。
本発明は、例えば以下の項目を提供する。

(項目5)
ハンドピース、剥削用チップ、外部フィードバック制御機構、ソース電極、リターン電極、位置決めリング、および電気モータを備え、該ソース電極が該位置決めリング内に位置している、制御型剥削装置。
(項目6)
前記剥削用チップが湿潤化液を含む、項目1から項目5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
(項目7)
前記剥削用チップが、導電性材料および非導電性材料からなる群から選択される材料を含む、項目1および項目3から項目5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
(項目8)
前記剥削用チップが導電性材料を含み、該剥削用チップが前記ソース電極である、項目7に記載の装置。
(項目9)
前記導電性材料が複数の穿孔を備える、項目8に記載の装置。
(項目10)
前記剥削用チップが使い捨ての剥削用チップであり、前記装置が該剥削用チップを囲むカップを更に備える、項目1から項目9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
(項目11)
前記リターン電極が前記ハンドピースの外部にある、項目5に記載の制御型剥削装置。
(項目12)
組織部位のインピーダンスを低下させるための方法であって、
項目1から項目10のいずれか一項に記載の制御型剥削装置を該組織部位に適用することと、
前記剥削用チップを該組織部位上に配置することと、
前記電気モータを作動させることと、
該組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定することと
を包含する、方法。
(項目13)
前記組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するステップが、前記ソース電極と前記リターン電極との間に電流を適用することを含む、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目14)
前記電気的パラメータが、電流カウント、特定期間における電流カウント変化、電流カウントの瞬間変化率、前記組織部位におけるインピーダンス値、特定期間における該組織部位におけるインピーダンス値変化、該組織部位と参照組織部位との間のインピーダンス値の差からなる群から選択される、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目15)
前記電気的パラメータを解析することと、および前記解析の結果に基づいて前記剥削用チップの継続期間、速度もしくは作用力、またはその組合せを制御することとを更に備える、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目16)
前記解析するステップが、前記測定された電気的パラメータを処理して前記組織部位の前記電流カウントまたはインピーダンス値を導き出すことを含む、項目15に記載の方法。
(項目17)
前記制御するステップが、前記解析された電気的パラメータが所定の値に実質的に等しいまたは所定の値を超える場合に前記モータを停止するステップを含む、項目15に記載の方法。
(項目18)
前記組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するステップが、前記剥削用チップの前記組織部位への適用中連続して実行される、項目12に記載の方法。
(項目19)
前記剥削用チップの適用を停止した後に被検体センサーまたは薬物送達組成物もしくは装置を前記組織部位上に配置することを更に備える、項目17に記載の方法。
(項目20)
前記被検体センサーが、グルコース、ラクテート、血液ガス、血液pH、電解質、アンモニア、タンパク質およびバイオマーカーからなる群から選択される被検体の検知が可能である、項目19に記載の方法。
(項目21)
項目1から項目10のいずれか一項に記載の制御型剥削装置と、湿潤化液とを備える、組織部位のインピーダンスを低下させるためのキット。
(項目22)
2以上の剥削用チップを備える、項目21に記載のキット。
Claims (20)
- ハンドピース、剥削用チップ、フィードバック制御機構、および電気モータを備える制御型剥削装置であって、
該フィードバック制御機構が、(a)ソース電極、(b)リターン電極、および(c)制御装置を備え、
該ソース電極が該剥削用チップ内に位置しており、
該リターン電極が、該ハンドピースの近位端に位置しており、そして、
該剥削用チップが、該ハンドピースの近位端に脱着可能である、制御型剥削装置。 - 前記フィードバック制御機構が内部フィードバック制御機構である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リターン電極および前記ソース電極が、同心配置にあり、そして該リターン電極が、前記ハンドピースの近位端の外壁内に位置している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記剥削用チップが湿潤化液を含む、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記剥削用チップが、導電性材料および非導電性材料からなる群から選択される材料を含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記剥削用チップが導電性材料を含み、該剥削用チップが前記ソース電極である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記導電性材料が複数の穿孔を備える、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が前記剥削用チップを囲むカップを更に備える、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ソース電極および前記リターン電極が、前記制御装置と電気的に連通する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が皮膚に適用されて、皮膚剥削のレベルを制御する場合、前記フィードバック制御機構は、該皮膚を介したコンダクタンスの動的変化をリアルタイムで測定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 組織部位のインピーダンスを低下させるためのシステムであって、
該システムは、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の制御型剥削装置を備え、
前記剥削用チップは該組織部位上に配置されるように構成され、
前記電気モータは、作動される手段を有し、
該制御型剥削装置は、該組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するための手段をさらに備える、システム。 - 前記組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するための手段が、前記ソース電極と前記リターン電極との間に電流を適用するための手段を含む、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気的パラメータが、特定期間における電流カウント変化、電流カウントの瞬間変化率、特定期間における該組織部位におけるインピーダンス値変化、該組織部位と参照組織部位との間のインピーダンス値の差からなる群から選択される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気的パラメータを解析するための手段と、解析の結果に基づいて前記剥削用チップの継続期間、速度もしくは作用力、またはその組合せを制御するための手段とを更に備える、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記解析するための手段が、前記測定された電気的パラメータを処理して前記組織部位の前記電流カウントまたはインピーダンス値を導き出すための手段を含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御するための手段が、前記解析された電気的パラメータが所定の値に実質的に等しいまたは所定の値を超える場合に前記モータを停止するための手段を含む、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織部位の電気的パラメータを測定するための手段が、前記剥削用チップの前記組織部位への適用中連続して実行されるように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の制御型剥削装置を備える、組織部位のインピーダンスを低下させるためのキット。
- 2以上の剥削用チップを備える、請求項18に記載のキット。
- 湿潤化液をさらに備える、請求項18に記載のキット。
