Claims (10)
1. Устройство для отбора проб биологической жидкости и измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества, содержащее удлиненное средство для отбора проб, выполненное с возможностью прокола поверхности кожи для обеспечения доступа к биологической жидкости, концентрично расположенные электроды внутри удлиненного средства для отбора проб, образующие гальванический элемент для измерения концентрации анализируемого вещества в биологической жидкости.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит изоляционный материал между концентрично расположенными электродами.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что средство для отбора проб содержит полость и открытый дистальный конец, обеспечивающий проход в полость.
4. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что полость выполнена с возможностью создания капиллярной силы, достаточной для втягивания пробы биологической жидкости в эту полость.
5. Устройство для отбора проб биологической жидкости и измерения концентрации целевого компонента в биологической жидкости, содержащее первый электрод, второй электрод, размещенный концентрично вокруг первого электрода и на расстоянии от него, пористый материал, размещенный в пространстве между электродами, при этом устройство имеет конфигурацию, обеспечивающую прокол кожи.
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что второй электрод имеет конфигурацию, обеспечивающую прокол кожи.
7. Устройство по п.6, отличающееся тем, что второй электрод имеет открытый дистальный конец и образует в устройстве полость, имеющую конфигурацию, создающую капиллярную силу, достаточную для втягивания биологической жидкости через открытый дистальный конец.
8. Микроигла для отбора проб биологической жидкости и измерения концентрации целевого компонента в биологической жидкости, содержащая сердечник, имеющий длину, первый электрод, соосно размещенный вокруг сердечника, пористый материал, соосно размещенный вокруг первого электрода, второй электрод, соосно размещенный вокруг пористого материала и имеющий длину, больше длины сердечника и заканчивающийся у открытого конца, реагент, выбранный в соответствии с требуемым компонентом и размещенный в микроигле.
9. Система для отбор проб биологической жидкости из кожи пациента и измерения требуемого компонента в биологической жидкости, содержащая по меньшей мере, одну микроиглу, содержащую средство для отбора проб, реагент и гальванический элемент, размещенные в микроигле, при этом гальванический элемент содержит опорный электрод, рабочий электрод и изоляционный материал между ними, и реагент находится в контакте, по меньшей мере, с одним или несколькими элементами из опорного электрода, рабочего электрода и изоляционного материала, при этом средство для отбора проб содержит дистальное отверстие и, по меньшей мере, одну полость в микроигле, конфигурация которой обеспечивает впитывание биологической жидкости в микроиглу, блок управления, электрически связанный с, по меньшей мере, одной микроиглой и содержащий средство для подачи электрического опорного сигнала в опорный электрод и приема электрического выходного сигнала из рабочего электрода и программно-реализованный алгоритм для вычисления и определения концентрации целевого компонента в биологической пробе после приема электрического выходного сигнала.
10. Способ анализа биологической жидкости в коже пациента и определения концентрации целевого компонента, содержащегося в ней, заключающийся в том, что используют, по меньшей мере, одну микроиглу, содержащую открытый дистальный конец и гальванический элемент в ней, причем гальванический элемент содержит реагент и расположенную концентричными слоями систему электродов, вводят, по меньшей мере, одну микроиглу в кожу на выбранную глубину, обеспечивают впитывание пробы биологической жидкости, присутствующей в открытом дистальном конце, в гальванический элемент, дают пробе вступить с реагентом в реакцию, в результате которой в гальваническом элементе образуется вещество, подают первый электрический сигнал в упомянутое вещество и принимают второй электрический сигнал, выработанный веществом и представляющий концентрацию компонента в пробе.
