Description
本出願は、「Analyte Sensor Subassembly and Methods and Apparatuses for Inserting an Analyte Sensor Associated with Same」と題する2008年3月17日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/037,246号の優先権を主張し、その開示は参照によってすべて本明細書に組み込まれる。

- 筐体、

第1端部において分析対象物センサの陽極に連結する第1電気的接点、および、第2端部において分析対象物センサアセンブリへの電気的連結のために筐体の第1側面から伸びる第2電気的接点を有する、第1電気的接続部、
第1端部において分析対象物センサの陰極に連結する第1電気的接点、および、第2端部において分析対象物センサアセンブリへの電気的連結のために筐体の第1側面から伸びる第2電気的接点を有する、第2電気的接続部、ならびに
筐体の、第1側面と対向する第2側面の上の突き当て用の表面であって、個人の皮膚の中に分析対象物センサを挿入するための原動力を受けるため、および分析対象物センサアセンブリに対する伸びた電極の電気的連結のための、突き当て用の表面
を含む、分析対象物センササブアセンブリ。 - 筐体の内部空洞を少なくとも部分的に満たすカプセル化材をさらに含む、請求項1記載の分析対象物センササブアセンブリ。
