"DISPOSITIVO COLETOR E SENSOR DE FLUIDO PARA COLOCAçãO SOBRE PELO MENOS UMA ABERTURA ARTIFICIAL REALIZADA EM UMA MEMBRANA BIOLóGICA PARA MEDIR UMA CARACTERìSTICA DE UM FLUIDO BIOLóGICO E PROCESSOS DE MONITORAR UMA CARACTERìSTICA DE UM FLUIDO BIOLóGICO RECOLHIDO DE PELO MENOS UMA ABERTURA ARTIFICIAL EM UM TECIDO E DE MANTER UMA VAZãO DE UM FLUIDO BIOLóGICO ATRAVéS DE UM DISPOSITIVO QUE CONTINUAMENTE RECOLHE E MEDE UMA CARACTERìSTICA DE UM FLUIDO BIOLóGICO". Um dispositivo coletor e sensor de fluido para colocação sobre pelo menos uma abertura artificial formada em uma membrana biológica para medir uma característica de um fluido biológico recolhido do tecido através da pelo menos uma abertura artificial. O dispositivo compreendendo um sensor (110) posicionada em um trajeto de fluxo (105) do fluido biológico para contactar uma quantidade do fluido biológico e gerar uma indicação de uma característica do fluido biológico. De acordo com um aspecto da invenção, um elemento de armazenamento de fluido servido (120), tal como um reservatório, é posicionado no dispositivo (100) para recolher o fluido biológico após este ter feito contato com o sensor (110). De acordo com outro aspecto da invenção, várias superfícies do trajeto de fluxo de fluido (105) do dispositivo coletor e sensor de fluido (100) são tratadas com um agente para limitar ou minimizar a formação de coágulos, agregação ou sepsia do fluido biológico, bloqueio ou obstrução do trajeto de fluxo (105) ou degradação do sensor (110).
