Detailed description of preferred embodiments
The present invention utilizes, as mentioned a handheld machine to treat pain by reducing Inflammations, with anti-inflammatory compounds, induced by fascia deficiencies on human beings, and animals such as mammals. In accordance with the present invention
Hereby, the machine is utilized for deep wave treatment of the entire string of fascia connected to an injured fascia spot, i.e. not only the injured spot. To achieve this objective the fascia has to be treated with different frequencies, depending on where on the fascia, the machine wave treatment is applied. Frequencies applied should be in the lower range of the Hertz scale such as for instance, the range 1 Hz to 60 Hz, this to enable the wave treatment to reach fascia surrounding muscles, not just the upper layer reachable to a local target therapy massage and/or shock wave treatment. Shock wave treatment if utilized improper can cause more damage than good. Also, the present invention provides different time periods for the operation of frequencies utilized. Hence, the treatment regards for instance fascia and myofascial changes, on the superficial backline, superficial front line, the functional lines, superficial front arm line.
The Fascia Wave Treatment (FWT) can accelerate the microcirculation and by this treatment reduce an Inflammation in fascia tissue. With combining FWT with anti- inflammation cream the FWT will optimize the microcirculation and will probably cancel the inflammation and/or reduce it.
There are 6 times as many nerve cells in connective tissue compared to muscle, which provide information about both pain and position. These nerve cells are
affected by both vibration and movement, which could explain why FWT could lead to a reduction in pain and increased elasticity of the tissue.
According to scientific findings with the machine utilized it is possible to increase flow of connective tissue fluid from 3 to 12 times by using static vibrations depending on the frequency used.
Understanding the superficial back Line as a whole gives insights into hamstring problems that you cannot get from considering the hamstrings alone. The spiral line shows how to resolve rotational compensations in a way that no analysis of any single muscle can give. Thus the present invention deep wave treatment machine is deployed along the myofascial meridians not just where the fascia is damaged. For example, the shoulders involve six myofascia meridians.
Fascia and myofascia is a body tissue that provides forms to the entire body and is responsible of intercellular communication and cellular metabolism. The fascia is like a matrix of cells. Fascia is the biological fabric that holds us together. A human being has about 70 trillion cells all humming in relative harmony; fascia is the 3-D spider web of fibrous, gluey, and wet proteins that hold them all together in their proper placement.
Moreover fascia has a wider definition: all the collagenous-based soft-tissues in the body, including the cells that create and maintain that network of extra-cellular matrix (ECM). That definition includes all the tissues traditionally designated as 'fascia' in classical anatomy, plus all the other actual; tendons, ligaments, bursae, and all the fascia in and around the muscles endomysium, perimysium, epimysium. Also included would be the fascia around the organs: the coelomic bags that hold the organs in the peritoneum and mesentery in your abdominal cavity, the mediastinum, pericardium, and pleura that hold the organs in the chest cavity, and the membranes dura and pia and perineuria that surround the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.
If the fascia lost its tension, the entire body would fall into the fetal position. Through the book "Anatomy Trains, Myofascial Meridians for Manual &
Movement for Therapists", Thomas W. Meyers teaches the importance of fascia in therapy.
A treatment of horse's fascia during tests with the machine of the present invention has been very successful, and in some cases cured a horse with a leg deficiency during a twenty minute treatment session.
