Description
Claims (10)
- 圧力制御弁(10)であって、電磁作動部材及びケーシング(12)を含んでおり、前記ケーシング内には接極子(24)を磁極管(20)内に移動可能に受容してあり、前記磁極管(20)はマグネットコイル(16,18)によって取り囲まれている形式のものにおいて、前記接極子(24)は前記磁極管(20)内でフォイル部材(52,54)内に支承されていることを特徴とする、圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)は、スリーブ(64)として形成されていて、前記接極子(24)の外周面(50)に受容されている請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)は、スリーブ(64)として形成されていて、前記磁極管(20)の内周面(48)に受容されている請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)は、スリーブ(64)として形成されていて、突き合わせ継ぎ目(58)を有している請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)は、スリーブ(64)として形成されていて、該フォイルの少なくとも外周面(68)に減摩性のPTFE材料(54)を有している請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)は、スリーブとして形成されていて、該フォイルの外周面(68)及び内周面(66)に減摩性のPTFE材料(54)を有している請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)の厚さは、20μm乃至200μmの範囲、有利には30μm乃至150μmの範囲内である請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)の材料は、PTFE材料(54)に機械的な安定性を付与するガラス繊維織物から成っている請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記フォイル部材(52,54)は、スリーブ(64)として形成されていて、磁極管(20)の内周面(48)若しくは接極子(24)の外周面(50)に組み付けられて、該組み付け位置に固定されている請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記磁極管(20)は切欠き(22)を有しており、該切欠きは、磁気遮断のためにマグネットコイル(16,18)の低いコイル電流で飽和状態になる縮小部を画定している請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
