Abstract
【解決手段】制御装置21は、車両走行中に車両停止に至る可能性のある所定減速状態になって自動停止要求が発生したときに燃料噴射を停止する。この際、自動変速機13のうちの変速機構18の入出力軸間を直結手段19により直結して、車両駆動軸15とエンジン11との間を入出力軸間に滑りが許容される動力伝達手段17を介して動力伝達可能な状態に制御する。車両が完全に停止する前に再始動要求が発生した場合は、変速機構18の入出力軸間を直結手段19により直結した状態でエンジン11を再始動する。車両が完全に停止するまでに再始動要求が発生しなかった場合は、車両が完全に停止した時点で、直結手段19を解放して変速機構18の入出力軸間の直結状態を解除する。

Description
まず、図1に基づいてエンジン自動停止始動制御装置全体の概略構成を説明する。
内燃機関であるエンジン11は、ガソリンエンジン、ディーゼルエンジンのいずれでも良く、また、吸気ポート噴射エンジン、筒内噴射エンジン、吸気ポート噴射用の燃料噴射弁と筒内噴射用の燃料噴射弁の両方を搭載したデュアル噴射エンジンのいずれであっても良い。
変速機構18が有段変速機構である場合は、直結手段19は、変速段を切り替えるための摩擦係合要素(クラッチ、ブレーキ等)であり、変速機構18がCVTである場合は、直結手段19は、CVTの前後進切替機構の摩擦係合要素(クラッチ、ブレーキ等)である。尚、車両駆動軸15は、プロペラシャフト、ディファレンシャル等によって構成されている。
この後、ステップ105に進み、燃料噴射を停止する。尚、ステップ104の直結手段19の結合処理とステップ105の燃料噴射停止処理は、ほぼ同時に行えば良く、従って、ステップ105の燃料噴射停止処理を行ってから、ステップ104の直結手段19の結合処理を行うようにしても良い。
Claims (4)
- 入出力軸間に滑りが許容される動力伝達手段と、変速機構と、該変速機構の入出力軸間を直結可能な直結手段とからなる自動変速機を搭載し、内燃機関の動力を前記自動変速機を介して車両駆動軸に伝達する車両における内燃機関の自動停止始動制御装置において、 車両走行中に車両停止に至る可能性のある所定減速状態になって自動停止要求が発生したときに燃料噴射を停止させる自動停止制御手段と、
前記自動停止制御手段による燃料噴射停止期間中に再始動要求が発生したときに燃料噴射を再開して前記内燃機関を再始動させる自動始動制御手段とを備え、
前記自動停止制御手段は、前記自動停止要求により燃料噴射を停止させる際に前記自動変速機のうちの前記変速機構の入出力軸間を前記直結手段により直結して前記車両駆動軸と前記内燃機関との間を前記動力伝達手段を介して動力伝達可能な状態に制御することを特徴とする内燃機関の自動停止始動制御装置。 - 前記自動停止制御手段は、前記燃料噴射停止期間中に前記車両が完全に停止する前に前記再始動要求が発生した場合には、前記自動始動制御手段による前記内燃機関の再始動後に該内燃機関の回転速度と前記変速機構の入力軸回転速度との差が所定値以内になったときに前記直結手段による前記変速機構の入出力軸間の直結状態を解除することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の自動停止始動制御装置。
- 前記自動停止制御手段は、前記燃料噴射停止期間中に前記車両が完全に停止するまでに前記再始動要求が発生しなかった場合には、該車両が完全に停止したときに前記直結手段による前記変速機構の入出力軸間の直結状態を解除することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の自動停止始動制御装置。
- 前記変速機構は、変速可能な複数の変速段のなかに直結不可の変速段が存在する構成であり、
前記自動停止制御手段は、前記直結手段により前記変速機構の入出力軸間を直結しようとするときに、前記変速機構の変速段が前記直結不可の変速段である場合には直結可能な変速段に変速してから前記直結手段により前記変速機構の入出力軸間を直結することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の自動停止始動制御装置。
