Abstract
【解決手段】ピボット軸12と平行に指向させた回転軸64を有し、車体フレーム2に取り付けられた回転角度センサ63と、リンク機構90の一部を構成し、車体側回転軸41によって車体フレーム2に回転自在に軸支されてスイングアーム13に連動して揺動するクッションコンロッド40と、一端がアーム部43Rに回転自在に軸支されると共に、他端が第2レバー62の一端と連結回転軸65によって回転自在に軸支される第1レバー61と、一端が第1レバー61と回転自在に軸支されると共に、他端が回転角度センサ63の回転軸64に回転不能に取り付けられた第2レバー62とからなる回転角度伝達機構とを具備し、回転角度センサ63の回転軸64を、車体側回転軸41から離間して配設する。

Claims (5)
- ピボット軸によって車体フレームに揺動自在に軸支されるスイングアームと、ショックアブソーバを介して前記車体フレームとスイングアームとを連結するリンク機構とを含む二輪車用後輪サスペンションのストローク量検知装置において、
前記ピボット軸と平行に指向させた回転軸を有し、前記車体フレームに取り付けられた回転角度センサと、
前記リンク機構の一部を構成し、車体側回転軸によって前記車体フレームに回転自在に軸支されて、前記スイングアームに連動して揺動するクッションコンロッドと、
一端が前記クッションコンロッドのアーム部に回転自在に軸支される第1レバーと、一端が前記回転角度センサの回転軸に固定された第2レバーとからなり、前記第1レバーの他端と前記第2レバーの他端とが連結回転軸によって互いに回転自在に連結されてなる回転角度伝達機構とを具備し、
前記回転角度センサの回転軸と前記クッションコンロッドの車体側回転軸とが、互いに離間して配設されていることを特徴とするストローク量検知装置。 - 前記回転角度センサの回転軸が、前記クッションコンロッドの車体側回転軸の車体上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストローク量検知装置。
- 前記クッションコンロッドの車体側回転軸から前記第1レバーの一端の回転軸までの距離より、前記回転角度センサの回転軸から前記連結回転軸までの距離を短く設定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のストローク量検知装置。
- 前記第1レバーおよび第2レバーが、前記スイングアームの上側の揺動限界位置において、互いに略直角をなすように配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のストローク量検知装置。
- 前記回転角度センサが、ポテンショメータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のストローク量検知装置。
