Description
Claims (6)
- ピボット軸(12)によって車体フレーム(2)に揺動自在に軸支されるスイングアーム(13)と、ショックアブソーバ(20)を介して前記車体フレーム(2)とスイングアーム(13)とを連結するリンク機構(90)とを含む二輪車用後輪サスペンションのストローク量検知装置において、
前記ピボット軸(12)と平行に指向させた回転軸(64)を有し、前記車体フレーム(2)に取り付けられた回転角度センサ(63)と、
前記リンク機構(90)の一部を構成し、車体側回転軸によって前記車体フレーム(2)に回転自在に軸支されて、前記スイングアーム(13)に連動して揺動するクッションコンロッド(40)と、
一端が前記クッションコンロッド(40)のアーム部に回転自在に軸支される第1レバー(61)と、一端が前記回転角度センサ(63)の回転軸(64)に固定された第2レバー(62)とからなり、前記第1レバー(61)の他端と前記第2レバー(62)の他端とが連結回転軸(65)によって互いに回転自在に連結されてなる回転角度伝達機構とを具備し、
前記回転角度センサ(63)の回転軸(64)と前記クッションコンロッド(40)の車体側回転軸(41)とが、互いに離間して配設されていることを特徴とするストローク量検知装置。 - 前記リンク機構(90)は、クッションアーム(30)および前記クッションコンロッド(40)により構成されており、
前記クッションアーム(30)は、前記スイングアーム(13)と前記ショックアブソーバ(20)を回転自在に軸支しており、
前記クッションコンロッド(40)は、前記クッションアーム(30)に回転自在に連結されることで前記スイングアーム(13)に連動して揺動するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のストローク量検知装置。 - 前記回転角度センサ(63)の回転軸(64)が、前記クッションコンロッド(40)の車体側回転軸(41)の車体上方に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のストローク量検知装置。
- 前記クッションコンロッド(40)の車体側回転軸(41)から前記第1レバー(61)の一端の回転軸(66)までの距離より、前記回転角度センサ(63)の回転軸(64)から前記連結回転軸(65)までの距離を短く設定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のストローク量検知装置。
- 前記第1レバー(61)および第2レバー(62)が、前記スイングアーム(13)の上側の揺動限界位置において、互いに略直角をなすように配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のストローク量検知装置。
- 前記回転角度センサ(63)が、ポテンショメータであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のストローク量検知装置。
