Abstract
Description
a)ポリスルホン又はポリエーテルスルホンの製造
内部温度計、ガス導入管、水分離器を有する還流冷却器を有する4Lの反応器中で、乾燥したモノマー、1)ジクロロジフェニルスルホン及びビスフェノールA又は2)ジクロロジフェニルスルホン及びジヒドロキシジフェニルスルホンを、等モル量で、乾燥した炭酸カリウムと一緒に、窒素雰囲気中に装入し、N−メチルピロリドン(NMP)中で撹拌下で溶解させ、190℃に加熱した。この反応水を留去し、かつ、この充填レベルを、NMPの添加により反応の間一定に維持した。この反応を、冷NMPでの希釈により、中断し、引き続き140℃で45分間塩化メチル(10l/h)を、このバッチ中に導入した(45分間)。この後で窒素を導入し(20l/h)かつこのバッチを冷却した。この生じる塩化カリウムを濾別し、かつ、このポリマー溶液を水中で沈殿させた。このポリマー粘度を、粘度数(VZ/ml/g)を用いて評価した。ポリエーテルスルホン及びポリスルホンの粘度数をNMPの1%の溶液中で25℃で測定した。
生成物の光学特性の評価のために、射出成形した試験体(円いディスク、直径60mm、厚さ2mm)を、材料温度310℃(PSUのため)又は350℃(PESのため)で、及び、140℃の成形用具温度で製造した。透過率及び濁度(ヘーズ)の測定を、ASTM D 1003に応じて行い、この生成物の固有色を、DIN 6167に応じた黄色値(YI)に基づき測定した。

Claims (10)
- 重合を、塩基性の、非プロトン性の溶媒中で、壁沿いの、強制輸送撹拌機を用いて実施することを特徴とする、19より小さいDIN6167に応じた黄色値を有するポリスルホン及び30より小さいDIN6167に応じた黄色値を有するポリエーテルスルホンを製造する方法。
- d/D>0.9を有する強制輸送撹拌機を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 溶媒として、NMP、NEP、スルホラン、DMF、DMAC及び/又はDMSOを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 撹拌機として、じゃま板を有する馬蹄型撹拌機を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 交差した馬蹄型撹拌機を使用することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 撹拌機としてSeba撹拌機を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- ASTM D1003に応じた透過率が、85%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ASTM D1003に応じた濁り度が、3%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法により得られるポリスルホン及びポリエーテルスルホン。
- 成形体、シート、膜及びフォームの製造のための、請求項9記載のポリスルホン及びポリエーテルスルホンの使用。
