Abstract
【解決手段】リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む、非水性有機溶剤系電解質を含有する、多孔質炭素系空気正極を11を有する空気電池10であって、リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む有機溶剤系電解質を搭載したセパレータ13、正極電流コレクタ12、負極14、負極電流コレクタ15及びハウジングを含む。このハウジングは、正極、セパレータ、正極電流コレクタ、負極、負極電流コレクタ、及び空気供給器を収容する。

Claims (26)
- 空気正極;
リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む有機溶剤系電解質を搭載したセパレータ;
正極電流コレクタ;
負極;
負極電流コレクタ;及び
該正極、該セパレータ、該正極電流コレクタ、該負極、該負極電流コレクタ、及び空気供給器を含むハウジング;
を含む空気電池。 - セパレータがポリマー物質である、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- セパレータが多孔質ポリマー物質である、請求項2に記載の空気電池。
- 空気正極が酸素還元触媒を搭載している、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 酸素還元触媒が、電解二酸化マンガン、酸化ルテニウム、銀、白金及びイリジウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項4に記載の空気電池。
- リチウム塩が、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロヒ酸リチウム、過塩素酸リチウム、ビス(トリフルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウム、リチウムトリフラート、ビス(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウム、トリス(ペンタフルオロエチル)トリフルオロリン酸リチウム、臭化リチウム及びヨウ化リチウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- アルキレンカーボネート添加剤が、ビニレンカーボネート及びブチレンカーボネートから成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 酸素還元触媒の濃度が1質量%から30質量%である、請求項4に記載の空気電池。
- 正極が、リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む非水性有機溶剤系電解質を含有する炭素系空気正極である、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 負極が、金属リチウム、金属リチウム系合金及びリチウム層間化合物から成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- 負極が、グラファイト、MCMBグラファイト、軟質炭素及びチタン酸リチウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の空気電池。
- リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む非水性有機溶剤系電解質を含有する多孔質炭素系空気正極を含む、空気電池正極。
- アルキレンカーボネート添加剤が、ビニレンカーボネート及びブチレンカーボネートから成るグループから選択される、請求項12に記載の空気電池正極。
- リチウム塩が、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロヒ酸リチウム、過塩素酸リチウム、ビス(トリフルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウム、リチウムトリフラート、ビス(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウム、トリス(ペンタフルオロエチル)トリフルオロリン酸リチウム、臭化リチウム及びヨウ化リチウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項12に記載の空気電池正極。
- アルキレンカーボネート添加剤が、ビニレンカーボネート及びブチレンカーボネートから成るグループから選択される、請求項14に記載の空気電池正極。
- リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む非水性有機溶剤系電解質を含有する多孔質炭素系空気正極を有する空気正極;
リチウム塩及びアルキレンカーボネート添加剤を含む有機溶剤系電解質を搭載したセパレータ;
正極電流コレクタ;
負極;
負極電流コレクタ;並びに
該正極、該セパレータ、該正極電流コレクタ、該負極、該負極電流コレクタ、及び空気供給器を含むハウジング;
を含む空気電池。 - セパレータがポリマー物質である、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 空気正極が酸素還元触媒を含む、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 空気正極が酸素還元触媒を搭載している、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 酸素還元触媒が、電解二酸化マンガン、酸化ルテニウム、銀、白金及びイリジウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項19に記載の空気電池。
- 正極リチウム塩及びセパレータリチウム塩がヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウムである、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 正極リチウム塩及びセパレータリチウム塩が、ヘキサフルオロリン酸リチウム、テトラフルオロホウ酸リチウム、ヘキサフルオロヒ酸リチウム、過塩素酸リチウム、ビス(トリフルオロスルホニル)イミドリチウム、リチウムトリフラート、ビス(オキサラト)ホウ酸リチウム、トリス(ペンタフルオロエチル)トリフルオロリン酸リチウム、臭化リチウム及びヨウ化リチウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 正極アルキレンカーボネート添加剤及びセパレータアルキレンカーボネート添加剤が、ビニレンカーボネート及びブチレンカーボネートから成るグループから選択される、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 酸素還元触媒が、電解二酸化マンガン、酸化ルテニウム、銀、白金及びイリジウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項18に記載の空気電池。
- 負極が、金属リチウム、金属リチウム系合金及びリチウム層間化合物から成るグループから選択される、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
- 負極が、グラファイト、MCMBグラファイト、軟質炭素及びチタン酸リチウムから成るグループから選択される、請求項16に記載の空気電池。
