本発明は、多点空気サンプリングシステムの使用と、場合によっては、特に、湿度および/または二酸化炭素の検出を伴う、空気質情報および/または制御信号を付与するために、複数の空気質パラメータを検出するための離散局所空気質パラメータセンサの使用とを伴う、空気監視システムおよび方法に関する。かかる装置および方法は、ビルの監視と、ビルの換気システムの稼働の環境パラメータまたはある局面の調整に一般的に関連ビルの各機能の制御とのために適用することができる。具体的な好ましい制御の実施形態は、空間または部屋レベルでは、空間または部屋の希釈換気制御のための室内への供給または戻り空気の制御と、空間の相対湿度の監視および制御とに関する。ビルまたは空気取扱装置空気取扱装置レベルでは、好ましい実施形態は、汚染物質レベルを低下させ、居住に基づく屋外空気流の要件をみたすための、ビル内への屋外空気流の制御と、エンタルピおよび空気汚染測定結果を用いて、外気による自由冷却を可能とするために空気取扱装置を運転するためのエコノマイザ方式のアプローチを用いる、屋外空気の制御とに関する。
検出される場所の数に応じて、各空間を、5〜60分にわたって、定期的に検出してもよい。これらの星型構成システムは、時折たこ様システムすなわちホームランシステムと呼ばれ、かなりの量の配管を使用することができる。
発明の効果
したがって、本発明の主な目的は、少なくとも一部において、多点空気サンプリングシステムを、場合によっては、局所離散空気質パラメータセンサを使用する、個々の空気質パラメータ測定に由来する混合空気質パラメータ測定結果を提供するためのシステムを提供することである。
図1および図2は、監視されている廊下10に入るドアを有する、こちらも監視されている環境すなわち部屋20A、20Bおよび20Cの典型的な1組を示している。図は、3つの部屋および1つの廊下を示すが、本発明は、たった1つの、部屋、空間もしくは監視されている領域、または、こちらも監視されている、たとえば2つ以上の部屋、もしくは1つの廊下および1または複数の空間、などの、廊下もしくは他の隣接した空間を含む、複数の部屋もしくは空間に使用することができる。図に示される環境は壁内に閉じ込められているが、監視される環境、空間または領域は、本発明との関連で、その周りに壁または仕切りがない部屋の区分または領域でもあってもよいことも留意すべきである。ゆえに、1つの物理的な部屋内に複数の監視される環境があってもよい。代わりに、複数の物理的な部屋は、1つの環境または空間を構成することもできる。通常、環境20は、1または複数の供給気流制御装置51によって送られる領域でもある。潜在的に、部屋気流制御装置30によって制御される、戻り気流装置41Aが使用されるか、または、部屋20Bおよび20Cのように、制御される戻り空気流装置がなくてもよい。後者の2つの場合、供給空気は、供給空気の進路を元のエアーハンドラに戻し、搬送ダクト40Bまたは天井内張グリル42Cを通って、供給空気を空間内または空間付近に提供している、図6のエアーハンドラユニット1000などの空気取扱装置の戻り気流吸気口に最終的に接続する、天井内張空間に通常存在するプレナム空間内に侵入させる。本発明の目的のために、部屋気流制御装置30などの部屋気流制御装置は、アナログまたはデジタル電子設計であるか、できる限り他の装置、システムまたは制御装置からの情報、信号および気流コマンドを使用して、1または複数の供給および/または戻り気流制御装置用の気流コマンド信号を発生させる、ソフトウェアまたはファームウェアプログラムを実行する、マイクロプロセッサまたはコンピュータを使用して構築される、気流制御装置である。
ここで、E=蒸気圧、ES=飽和蒸気圧、TA=大気温度(ケルビン温度)、およびTD=飽和すなわち露点温度(ケルビン温度)である。さらに、湿度の技術に精通した当業者に知られるように、温度および露点温度がわかっているときに蒸気圧および飽和蒸気圧を計算するために使用することができる、他の多数の近似式が存在し、それらから、エンタルピなどのRHおよび他の湿度特性を計算することができる。
Claims (25)
- 空気質状態監視システムであって、
少なくとも部分的に閉鎖された複数の領域から空気質データを収集するための複数のセンサと、
収集された空気質データに基づき、1または複数の空気質パラメータを処理するための1または複数のデータ処理ユニット、および
センサから処理ユニットへデータを通信する1または複数の手段、を含む、多点空気監視システム、ならびに
複数のセンサからのデータを代表する処理された空気質パラメータの1つ以上に少なくとも部分的に基づく、多点空気監視システムを介して、1または複数の混合空気質パラメータ信号を発生させる信号処理制御装置、を含む、空気質状態監視システム。 - 領域がセンサから離れていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 多点空気監視システムがさらに、多点空気サンプリングシステムを含み、多点空気サンプリングシステムは、
領域からの空気サンプルを収集するための、領域に隣接する1または複数のエアーソレノイドと、
領域からセンサへ空気サンプルを搬送するための1または複数の配管を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のシステム。 - 多点空気監視システムが、星型構成システムおよびネットワーク化された空気サンプリングシステムから成るシステム群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3記載のシステム。
- 多点空気監視システムがさらに、光通信サンプリングシステムを含み、
光通信サンプリングシステムは、
光検出器、
光パケットを放出する光エミッタ、
領域に近接して設置される光センサ、
エミッタから光センサへ光パケットを送信する手段、
光センサから光パケットを検出し、検出光パケットに基づくデータを発生させる光検出器、
光センサから検出器へ光パケットを送信する手段、および
検出器から処理ユニットへデータを連絡する手段、を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載のシステム。 - 光通信サンプリングシステムが、星型構成システムおよびバックボーンシステムから成るシステム群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項5記載のシステム。
- 1または複数のセンサが、電気化学、光、赤外線吸収、光音響、ポリマ、可変伝導度、炎イオン化、光イオン化、半導体、混合金属酸化物、イオン移動度、弾性表面波、および光ファイバから成るセンサ群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- センサが有線および無線から成るセンサ群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 空気質パラメータの1つ以上が、空気汚染物質、空気快感パラメータ、および二酸化炭素から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 空気汚染物質が、化学的、生物学的および放射線組成物要素と、約0.01ミクロンから約100ミクロンまでの直径を有する粒子と、一酸化炭素と、煙と、エアロゾルと、ホルムアルデヒド、NO、NOX、SOX、SO2、硫化水素、塩素、亜酸化窒素、メタン、炭化水素、アンモニア、冷媒ガス、ラドン、オゾン、放射線、生物学的テロ物質および化学的テロ物質からなるTVOCと、有毒ガスと、カビと、細菌と、から成る群から選ばれる1または複数の汚染物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載のシステム。
- 空気快感パラメータが、温度、ならびに、湿度、相対湿度、露点温度、絶対湿度、湿球温度、およびエンタルピから成る湿度パラメータ、から成る群から選ばれる1または複数のパラメータを含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載のシステム。
- 混合空気質パラメータ信号の1つ以上が、アナログ、デジタルおよび光から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 領域の内の1または複数の領域への気流量、および領域の内の1または複数の領域からの気流量への、少なくとも1つの気流制御装置と、
領域の内の1または複数の領域への気流量、および領域の内の1または複数の領域からの気流量を、少なくとも部分的に制御するために混合空気質パラメータ信号を使用する気流制御装置、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも2つの領域が2つの別々のビルに位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- センサの1つが共有センサであり、かつ局所部屋センサであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシステム。
- 多点空気監視システムを提供する工程と、
複数のセンサを介して、少なくとも部分的に閉鎖された複数の領域から空気質データを収集する工程と、
センサから処理ユニットへデータを連絡する工程と、
収集された空気質データに基づき、1または複数の空気質パラメータを処理するための1または複数のデータ処理ユニットを使用して、収集された空気質データを処理する工程と、
複数のセンサからのデータを代表する処理された空気質パラメータの1つ以上に少なくとも部分的に基づく混合空気質パラメータ信号を発生させる信号処理制御装置を使用して、多点空気監視システムを介して、混合空気質パラメータ信号を発生させる工程、とを含むことを特徴とする、空気質状態監視方法。 - 1または複数のセンサが、電気化学、光、赤外線吸収、光音響、ポリマ、可変伝導度、炎イオン化、光イオン化、半導体、混合金属酸化物、イオン移動度、弾性表面波、および光ファイバから成るセンサ群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- センサが有線および無線から成るセンサ群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 空気質パラメータの1つ以上が、空気汚染物質、空気快感パラメータ、および二酸化炭素から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 空気汚染物質が、化学的、生物学的および放射線学的組成成分と、約0.01ミクロンから約100ミクロンまでの直径を有する粒子と、一酸化炭素と、煙と、エアロゾルと、ホルムアルデヒド、NO、NOX、SOX、SO2、硫化水素、塩素、亜酸化窒素、メタン、炭化水素、アンモニア、冷媒ガス、ラドン、オゾン、放射線、生物学的テロ物質および化学的テロ物質からなるTVOCと、有毒ガスと、カビと、細菌とから成る群から選ばれる1または複数の汚染物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 空気快適パラメータが、温度と、湿度、相対湿度、露点温度、絶対湿度、湿球温度、およびエンタルピから成る湿度パラメータとから成る群から選ばれる1または複数のパラメータを含むことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 混合空気質パラメータ信号の1つ以上が、アナログ、デジタルおよび光から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- 領域の内の1または複数の領域への気流量、および領域の内の1または複数の領域からの気流量への、少なくとも1つの気流制御装置を提供する工程、ならびに
領域の内の1または複数の領域への気流量、および領域の1または複数の領域からの気流量を、少なくとも部分的に制御するために混合空気質パラメータ信号を使用する気流制御装置を提供する工程、および
混合空気質パラメータ信号に基づいて、領域の内の1または複数の領域における気流量を調整する工程、をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。 - 領域の内の少なくとも2つが2つの別々のビルに位置することを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
- センサの1つが共有センサであり、かつ局所部屋センサであることを特徴とする請求項16記載の方法。
