Abstract

L'invention propose un procédé de régulation d'une installation de ventilation d'un local, le local définissant au moins M espaces distincts, où M est un entier naturel supérieur ou égal à 2, l'installation de ventilation comprenant: - un réseau d'extraction d'air depuis le local, - n entrées d'air pilotables dans le local, disposées dans les espaces distincts, n étant égal à M ou différent de M, - au moins un capteur de la qualité de l'air extrait, disposé dans le réseau d'extraction, le procédé de régulation comprenant les étapes consistant à: a) commander l'ouverture au moins partielle ou la fermeture au moins partielle des entrées d'air pilotables selon un nombre de combinaisons supérieur ou égal à celui des entrées d'air, et pour chaque combinaison d'ouvertures des entrées d'air pilotables, déterminer au moins une qualité de l'air extrait du local au moyen du au moins un capteur de la qualité de l'air extrait, b) déduire de l'étape a), - soit une valeur corrélée ou représentative de la qualité de l'air dans chacun des espace distincts - soit l'impact de chacun des espaces distincts sur la qualité de l'air global du logement, c) définir à partir de la déduction de l'étape b), des consignes d'ouverture ou de fermeture des entrées d'air pilotables, et d) commander si nécessaire les entrées d'air selon les consignes définies en c).
