Description
Claims (29)
- 挿入チューブに連結されたカテーテルハンドルであって、前記挿入チューブが、前記挿入チューブを少なくとも部分的に通って延びる少なくとも1つのルーメンを含む、カテーテルハンドルと、
医療提供者に第1の視覚基準を与えるために、前記挿入チューブの遠位端に配置された第1の撮像素子と、
前記挿入チューブの前記ルーメンから延び出し、且つ、前記ルーメンに引っ込むように構成された第2の撮像素子であって、医療提供者に第2の視覚基準または複数の視覚基準を与えるために前記第1の撮像素子に対して移動可能である、第2の撮像素子と、
を備えるカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記カテーテルのポートに挿入され、前記挿入チューブの前記ルーメン内に摺動可能に配置されるように構成された撮像チューブであり、その遠位端に前記第2の撮像素子を有する、撮像チューブをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の撮像素子および/または第2の撮像素子が、レンズとチップセンサを含む、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記撮像チューブの前記遠位端に照明素子をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記撮像チューブが、屈曲可能または操縦可能な遠位部分を含む、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記屈曲可能な遠位端部分が、形状記憶材料から形成されている、請求項5に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記撮像チューブの遠位端部分を屈曲する手段をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記撮像チューブの遠位端部分の動きを導くための操縦機構をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 治療および/または診断に用いられる用具を受け入れるために、前記挿入チューブを少なくとも部分的に通って配置される第2のルーメンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の撮像素子は、
遠位先端部またはその近傍に切欠部を有する細長チューブと、
前記切欠部の遠位側に配置された撮像構成部品と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記細長チューブが、屈曲可能または操縦可能な遠位部分を含む、請求項10に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の撮像素子は、
遠位先端部またはその近傍に、略VまたはU字状の切欠部を有する細長チューブと、
前記VまたはU字状の切欠部の遠位側に配置された撮像構成部品と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記細長チューブが、屈曲可能または操縦可能な遠位部分を含む、請求項12に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2の撮像素子は、
遠位先端部またはその近傍に切欠部を有する細長チューブと、
前記切欠部の遠位側に配置されたミラーと、
前記ミラーからの画像を受けるために、前記切欠部の近位側に配置された撮像構成部品と、
を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記細長チューブが、屈曲可能または操縦可能な遠位部分を含む、請求項14に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第1の撮像素子の隣に配置された照明素子と、前記照明素子からの光を反射するために前記第2の撮像素子の隣に配置された反射器とをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記挿入チューブの動きを導く手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記挿入チューブの遠位端を方向性のある動きにするための操縦機構をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記カテーテルのポートに挿入され、前記挿入チューブの前記ルーメン内に摺動可能に配置されるように構成されたガイドワイヤであって、その遠位端に前記第2の撮像素子を含むガイドワイヤをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 挿入チューブと、前記挿入チューブの遠位端に連結された第1の撮像装置とを含む第1のカテーテル装置と、
撮像チューブを含む第2のカテーテル装置であり、前記撮像チューブが、前記挿入チューブ内に摺動可能に配置され、前記挿入チューブから延び出るように構成され、前記第2のカテーテル装置が、前記第1の撮像素子に対して移動可能な第2の撮像素子を有する、第2のカテーテル装置と、
を備えるカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 前記第1のカテーテル装置が、前記挿入チューブの動きを導くための操縦機構をさらに含む、請求項20に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 前記第2のカテーテル装置が、前記撮像チューブの動きを導くための操縦機構をさらに含む、請求項20に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
- 挿入チューブと、前記挿入チューブの遠位端において第1の撮像装置とを含む第1のカテーテル装置と、
前記第1のカテーテル装置の前記挿入チューブを受け入れるための第2のカテーテル装置と、
前記第2のカテーテル装置のルーメンを通って延び、該ルーメンから出て配置可能な撮像チューブを有する第3のカテーテル装置であって、前記撮像チューブが、その遠位先端部またはその近くに第2の撮像装置を有する、第3のカテーテル装置と、
を備えるカテーテルアセンブリ。 - 病巣を診断または治療する方法であって、
診断される病巣の前に第1のカテーテルアセンブリを位置付けるステップと、
前記第1のカテーテルアセンブリの遠位端で一体化された第1の視覚装置で、前記病巣の第1の画像を取得するステップと、
前記第1のカテーテルアセンブリを通って、且つ、前記第1の視覚装置を通過して、第2のカテーテルアセンブリを延長させるステップと、
前記第2のカテーテルアセンブリの遠位端近くまたは遠位端で一体化された第2の視覚装置を用いて、前記病巣の第2の画像を取得するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の画像および第2の画像がライブビデオフィードバックである、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の視覚装置が、前記病巣の背後に位置付けられる、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の画像および第2の画像を取得しながら同時に、治療または診断処置を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記治療または診断処置と同時に前記第2の撮像装置を移動させるステップをさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の撮像素子が、4mmよりも小さい断面を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルアセンブリ。
