Description
図2は、実施例1に係る撮像装置のブロック構成図であり、この撮像装置は、撮像素子11、直流再生部12、FPN成分記憶部13、比較画素部FPN成分検出部14、比較部15、掛け算器16、減算器17、画素欠陥検出部18、画素欠陥補正部19、及び同期タイミング制御部20から構成されている。
図6は、実施例2に係る撮像装置のブロック構成図であり、この撮像装置は、撮像素子11、直流再生部12、FPN成分記憶部13、比較画素部FPN成分検出部14、比較部15、掛け算器16、減算器17、画素欠陥検出部18、画素欠陥補正部19、第1同期タイミング制御部20A、第2同期タイミング制御部20B、及び直流再生信号記憶部21から構成されている。
Claims (2)
- 光電荷を電荷蓄積し信号出力する複数の画素から成る受光画素部と、光電荷のない状態の暗時信号または蓄積電荷をリセットした状態の信号を出力する比較画素部とを持つ撮像手段と、
予め上記撮像手段の受光画素部の固定パターンノイズ(FPN)成分値を記憶保持する第1の記憶手段と、
予め上記撮像手段の比較画素部のFPN成分値を記憶保持する第2の記憶手段と、
上記撮像手段の比較画素部からの信号と上記第2の記憶手段に記憶保持されているFPN成分値とから所定の比較処理を行い、上記第1の記憶手段に記憶保持されているFPN成分値を補正する第1の補正手段と、
上記撮像手段の受光画素部からの信号を上記第1の補正手段による補正後のFPN成分値にて補正する第2の補正手段と、
を具備し、
上記第2の補正手段は、
上記第1の補正手段の出力信号と所定の判定値とを比較し、対象画素の異常FPN成分値の有無を判定するFPN異常画素検出手段と、
上記FPN異常画素検出手段で異常判定された画素にあたる上記減算手段の出力信号を、周辺の画素信号から補正するFPN異常画素補正手段と、
を有することを特徴とする撮像装置。 - 上記撮像手段は、温度・蓄積時間に依存しない基準信号を利用して、上記受光画素部の信号及び上記比較画素部の信号をクランプする直流再生部を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
