Abstract
Description
(イ)軸の構造が、軸の曲げ・固有振動数が励起体振動数に対して少なくとも5%の間隔、有利には少なくとも15%の間隔、特に少なくとも20%の間隔を有するように、構成されており、
(ロ)少なくとも1つの軸が中空軸として形成されていて、温度調節媒体によって貫流されており、入口が軸の一方の側に配置され、かつ出口が軸の他方の側に配置されており、
(ハ)軸の上における少なくとも1つの開口が、押し退け体によって閉鎖されており、該押し退け体の、軸に向けられた側は、押し退け体と軸の混練棒との間に間隙が存在し、該間隙の間隙幅が最大で混練棒とハウジングとの間の連続した間隙幅に相当するように、形成されており、
(ニ)生成物排出のための開口の開口横断面が運転中に調節可能である
という特徴のうちの少なくとも1つが保証されているようにした。
a)水溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和のモノマーと
b)モノマー(a)に対して0.001〜5モル%の、少なくとも2つのエチレン性不飽和の二重結合を有するモノマーと
c)モノマー(a)に対して0〜20モル%の、水不溶性のモノエチレン性不飽和のモノマーと
を、20〜80質量%の水溶液中で開始剤の存在下に0〜140℃の温度で共重合させることによって製造される。

Claims (23)
- 少なくとも2つの軸(2,3)を備えた混合混練機であって、これらの軸の表面においてウェブ(5)に混練棒(4)が配置されていて、軸がハウジング(6)によって取り囲まれており、該ハウジング(6)において、少なくとも1つの開口(10)が軸の上に形成され、かつ生成物排出のための少なくとも1つの開口(11)が形成されており、さらに軸(2,3)が両端部において少なくとも単純に回転可能に支承されていて、少なくとも1つの端部において駆動される形式のものにおいて、下記の特徴(イ)〜(ニ)、すなわち、
(イ)軸の構造が、軸の曲げ・固有振動数が励起体振動数に対して少なくとも5%の間隔、有利には少なくとも15%の間隔、特に少なくとも20%の間隔を有するように、構成されており、
(ロ)少なくとも1つの軸が中空軸として形成されていて、温度調節媒体によって貫流されており、入口(12)が軸の一方の側に配置され、かつ出口(13)が軸の他方の側に配置されており、
(ハ)軸の上における少なくとも1つの開口が、押し退け体(23)によって閉鎖されており、該押し退け体(23)の、軸に向けられた側は、押し退け体(23)と軸の混練棒との間に間隙が存在し、該間隙の間隙幅が最大で混練棒とハウジングとの間の連続した間隙幅に相当するように、形成されており、
(ニ)生成物排出のための開口(11)の開口横断面が調節可能である
という特徴のうちの少なくとも1つが保証されていることを特徴とする混合混練機。 - 混合混練機が、少なくとも500l、有利には少なくとも2000l、特に少なくとも5000lの反応器容量を有している、請求項1記載の混合混練機。
- 軸の上における開口がドーム(20)としてハウジングに形成されている、請求項1又は2記載の混合混練機。
- 生成物排出のための開口が、防壁(14)としてハウジング壁に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 生成物排出のための開口(11)の開口横断面が運転中に、軸方向にシフト可能なフラップ(15)によって調節される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 生成物排出のための開口(11)の開口横断面が運転中に、接線方向にシフト可能なフラップによって調節される、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 生成物排出のための開口(11)を形成する防壁(14)の高さが、運転中に、防壁の接線方向のシフトによって調節可能である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 生成物排出のための開口に排出シャフトが接続されていて、該排出シャフトの壁が絶縁体もしくは断熱体を備えている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 混合混練機が付加的な閉鎖可能な排出フラップ(17)を有しており、該排出フラップ(17)が少なくとも10000mm2の開口横断面を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 排出フラップ(17)がハウジング(6)において生成物取出し側に配置されている、請求項9記載の混合混練機。
- 排出フラップ(17)が防壁(14)に形成されている、請求項9又は10記載の混合混練機。
- 押し退け体(23)に、出発物質供給のための通路(25,26)が形成されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 出発物質供給のための通路(25)に調量装置が受容されている、請求項12記載の混合混練機。
- 少なくとも1つの通路(25,26)がプラスチック表面を有している、請求項12又は13記載の混合混練機。
- 押し退け体に少なくとも2つの通路(25,26)が設けられている場合に、これらの通路の、軸に向けられた開口が互いに近接して配置されている、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機。
- 軸、ウェブ、混練棒、ハウジング及び押し退け体が、フェライト・オーステナイト系の複合材料、ニッケルベースの合金又はチタンから製造されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項の混合混練機。
- 請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の混合混練機を使用してポリ(メタ)アクリレートを製造する方法。
- 混合混練機を停止状態又は停止前に、排出フラップを介して空にする、請求項17記載の方法。
- 混合混練機を出発物質供給前に予加熱する、請求項17又は18記載の方法。
- 混合混練機においてまず初めにモノマーを出発材料として供給し、モノマーの99.5%までが反応してポリマーとなった位置で、固体粒子の形の別の成分を供給する、請求項17から19までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 固体粒子が、500μm、有利には300μmの最大粒子サイズを有している、請求項20記載の方法。
- 軸を混合混練機の運転中に冷却する、請求項17から21までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 軸を冷却するために、最高で80℃、有利には最高で40℃、特に最高で20℃の温度の温度調節媒体を、軸を通して貫流させる、請求項22記載の方法。
