Claims (15)
- 機能部材(14)を軸(10)に接合する方法であって、
(a)軸(10)の一部を削り取ることにより、機能部材(14)を受容する凸部(12)を形成する工程、
(b)軸(10)上の凸部(12)に機能部材(14)を溶接する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 機能部材(14)は軸(10)上の凸部(12)と完全に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 軸(10)の凸部(12)及び/又は機能部材(14)は、切り欠きの少ない切込みにより準備されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 機能部材(14)と軸(10)の凸部(12)とは溶接により、X状継ぎ目、二重U状継ぎ目、二重Y状継ぎ目又は二重V状継ぎ目により接合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 溶接後の溶接継ぎ目(20)は、超音波、X線、染料浸透及び/又は他の非破壊検査法を用いて検査されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 軸(10)及び/又は機能部材(14)は、二相鋼から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 軸(10)及び/又は機能部材(14)は、二相鋼1.4462、二相鋼1.4362又は他の高強度の溶接可能な鋼から製造されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 軸(10)及び機能部材(14)は同じ材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 機能部材(14)を軸(10)の凸部(12)に溶接する際に、好ましくは軸(10)及び/又は機能部材(14)と同一の材料である溶加材を用いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された機能部材(14)を受容して溶接により接合される凸部(12)を備えた軸(10)であって、
凸部(12)と軸(10)とは一体的に形成されていることを特徴とする軸。 - 軸(10)及び/又は機能部材(14)は、二相鋼から製造されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の軸。
- 軸(10)及び/又は機能部材(14)は、二相鋼1.4462、二相鋼1.4362又は他の高強度の溶接可能な鋼から製造されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の軸。
- 軸(10)及び機能部材(14)は、同じ材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項10ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の軸。
- 請求項10ないし請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の軸(10)の利用であって、破砕機(38)に用いることを特徴とする軸の利用。
- 破砕機(38)は、ポリ(メタ)アクリレート用の破砕機であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の軸の利用。
