Abstract
Description
本出願は2019年11月21日付韓国特許出願第10-2019-0150705号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
実施例1はアクリル酸(acrylic acid)100g、32%苛性ソーダ(NaOH)123.5g、熱重合開始剤として過硫酸ナトリウム0.2g、光重合開始剤としてジフェニル(2,4,6トリメチルベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド0.008g、ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート(PEGDA)0.26gおよび水40.0gを混合して全体固形分の濃度が45.0重量%であるモノマー組成物を製造した。
下記表2のように実施例1の疎水性界面活性剤の種類をSA(ステアリン酸(Stearic acid)系)に変更し、比較例は細切過程の温度を40℃に変更し、40℃では激しいニーディング(kneading)現象により製造および測定が不可能であることを確認した。

Claims (7)
- 内部に含水ゲルが移送される移送空間が形成され、側面には排出部が形成されたバレルボディ;
前記バレルボディに設けられて前記移送空間で前記含水ゲルを移送する移送部;および
前記移送部に設けられて前記含水ゲルを粉砕して細切した状態で前記排出部の外部に排出する多数の細切モジュール;
を含む、高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。 - 前記細切モジュールは、
前記バレルボディの内部に設けられて前記移送部によって移送された前記含水ゲルを粉砕するカッター部材;および
前記カッター部材によって粉砕された前記含水ゲルを細切した状態で排出する多孔板;
を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。 - 前記移送部は、
前記移送空間の内部に回転可能に設けられて含水ゲルを移動させるスクリュー部材;および
前記スクリュー部材に回転駆動力を提供する駆動モータ;
を含む、請求項2に記載の高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。 - 前記多数の細切モジュールは、
前記スクリュー部材で前記排出部方向に互いに離隔した状態で設けられる、請求項3に記載の高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。 - 多数の前記多孔板には前記含水ゲルを細切した状態で排出する多数の細切孔が形成され、
前記細切孔は多数の前記多孔板に互いに相違する大きさの直径でそれぞれ形成される、請求項4に記載の高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。 - 前記細切孔は、多数の前記多孔板のうち前記排出部位置で最小直径で形成される、請求項5に記載の高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。
- 前記スクリュー部材のねじ山は同じピッチ(pitch)で形成される、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の高吸水性含水ゲル複合細切装置。
