Claims (14)
- 内部に含水ゲルが移送される第1移送空間が形成されて第1方向に延長形成された第1バレルボディー;
前記第1バレルボディーに設けられて前記第1移送空間で前記含水ゲルを移送する第1移送部;
前記第1バレルボディーの側面に設けられて前記第1移送空間に連結された第2移送空間が前記第1方向と交差した第2方向に延長形成された第2バレルボディー;
前記第2バレルボディーに設けられて前記第2移送空間で前記含水ゲルを移送する第2移送部;
前記第2バレルボディーに設けられて前記第2移送部によって移送された前記含水ゲルを粉砕するカッター部材;および
前記カッター部材によって粉砕された前記含水ゲル粒子を前記第2バレルボディーの外部に排出する多孔板;
を含み、
前記第2バレルボディーは、駆動部の駆動作動によって前記第1バレルボディーに回転可能に設けられる、含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記第2バレルボディーが延長形成された前記第2方向は、前記第1バレルボディーの前記第1方向に対して直交する方向であり、前記第2バレルボディーは上下方向に形成される、請求項1に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記第2バレルボディーが延長形成された前記第2方向は、前記第1バレルボディーの前記第1方向に対して鋭角範囲の交差した方向として、前記第2バレルボディーは前記第1バレルボディーに対して傾斜して連結される、請求項1に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記第2バレルボディーが延長形成された前記第2方向は、前記第1バレルボディーの前記第1方向に対して鈍角範囲の交差した方向として、前記第2バレルボディーは前記第1バレルボディーに対して傾斜して連結される、請求項1に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記第2バレルボディーが延長形成された前記第2方向は重力方向であり、前記第1バレルボディーが延長形成された前記第1方向は地面方向に傾斜した方向であり、前記第1バレルボディーは前記第2バレルボディーに傾斜して連結される、請求項1に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記第1バレルボディーは、
内部に含水ゲル粒子が移動する第1移送空間が形成され、上部には含水ゲル粒子が投入される投入部が形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記第1移送部は、
前記第1移送空間の内部に回転可能に設けられて含水ゲルを移動させる第1スクリュー部材;
前記第1スクリュー部材に回転駆動力を提供する第1駆動モータ;
を含む、請求項6に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記第2バレルボディーは、
前記第1バレルボディーの側面に設けられて前記第1移送空間に連通された第2移送空間が上下方向に形成され、下部には粉砕された含水ゲル粒子が排出される排出部が形成される、請求項7に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記第2移送部は、
前記第2移送空間の内部に回転可能に設けられ、前記第1移送空間を介して流入した前記含水ゲルを前記排出部方向に移送する第2スクリュー部材;および
前記第2バレルボディーに設けられて前記第2スクリュー部材に回転駆動力を提供する第2駆動モータ;
を含む、請求項8に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記カッター部材は、前記排出部の位置で前記第2スクリュー部材に回転可能に設けられる、請求項9に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記第1駆動モータと前記第2駆動モータは、駆動軸の回転速度が互いに相異する、請求項10に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記カッター部材は、前記第2スクリュー部材に複数に設けられる、請求項11に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記駆動部は、
前記第1バレルボディーに設けられてロッド部材は前記第2バレルボディーの側面に回転可能に設けられるシリンダー部材である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記第1バレルボディーと前記第2バレルボディーの連結位置の周囲にはカバー部材が設けられる、請求項13に記載の含水ゲル細切装置。
