Claims (15)
- 内部に含水ゲルが移送される移送空間が形成され、前記含水ゲルが排出される排出部が地面方向に向かうように形成されるバレルボディ;
前記バレルボディに設けられて前記移送空間で前記含水ゲルを移送する移送部;
前記バレルボディに設けられて前記移送部によって移送された前記含水ゲルを粉砕するカッター部材;および
前記カッター部材によって粉砕された前記含水ゲル粒子を前記バレルボディの外部に排出する多孔板;
を含み、
前記バレルボディは支持ベースによって床面に支持された状態で設けられる、高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記バレルボディは重力方向に長い長さで形成され、前記排出部が重力方向に向かうように設けられる、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記バレルボディの側面には前記移送空間の内部に含水ゲルを投入する投入ホッパーが設けられ、
前記投入ホッパーは前記バレルボディの側面に傾斜して設けられる、請求項2に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記支持ベースは、
前記バレルボディの側面に設けられる支持ボディ;および
前記支持ボディに放射状の複数突出して床面に支持される支持バー;
を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記移送部は、
前記移送空間の内部に回転可能に設けられて含水ゲルを移動させるスクリュー部材;および
前記スクリュー部材に回転駆動力を提供する駆動モータ;
を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記カッター部材は前記排出部位置で前記スクリュー部材に回転可能に設けられる、請求項5に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記カッター部材は前記スクリュー部材に複数設けられる、請求項6に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記バレルボディは前記支持ベースで重力方向に交差する方向に前記支持ベースに傾斜して設けられる、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記支持ベースは、
前記バレルボディの側面で前記バレルボディの外側面と離隔した状態で環状に設けられる支持ボディ;
前記支持ボディに複数突出して床面に支持される支持バー;および
前記支持ボディと前記バレルボディの側面を回転可能に連結するヒンジ部;
を含む、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記バレルボディは駆動部の駆動作動によって前記支持ベースに回転可能に設けられる、請求項9に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。
- 前記駆動部は、
前記バレルボディの側面にロッドが回転可能に連結されるシリンダー部材である、請求項10に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記移送部は、
前記移送空間の内部に回転可能に設けられて含水ゲルを移動させるスクリュー部材;
前記スクリュー部材の一端に連結されて回転駆動力を提供する駆動モータ;
前記スクリュー部材の他端に延びて前記排出部の外側に突出するスクリュー延長部;および
前記排出部の外側に設けられて前記スクリュー延長部を支持する支持部;
を含む、請求項6に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記支持部は、
前記排出部の外側に突出し、内部には粉砕された含水ゲル粒子が排出される排出空間が形成されたハウジング;および
前記支持ハウジングの内部に設けられて前記スクリュー延長部を回転支持する回転支持部;
を含む、請求項12に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記回転支持部は、
前記支持ハウジングの前記排出空間の内部に設けられ、前記スクリュー延長部の挿入された状態を回転支持する挿入部;および
前記挿入部と前記支持ハウジングの内壁面の間を連結する複数のリブ;
を含む、請求項13に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。 - 前記挿入部の内部には前記スクリュー延長部を回転支持するベアリング部材が設けられる、請求項14に記載の高吸水性樹脂含水ゲル細切装置。
