Abstract
Description
いることがわかっている。この場合、製造するために使用される成形輪は(横方向の)リブ、いわゆる“突起部”を備えている。このリブの上側縁部はコードの平面を規定する。この目的で、リブ(“突起部”)によりベルト表面において等しい溝が形成されている。“突起部”技術は例えば歯付きベルトの製造から公知である(例えば特許文献1及び特許文献2を参照のこと)。

Claims (10)
- エラストマー材料(46a,46b)から成るフラットベルト(2)であって、
第一部分ベルト(2a)と第二部分ベルト(2b)で構成されており、この場合、第一部分ベルト(2a)がコードでできている連結担持体(4)により強化されており、特にエレベータ設備における駆動ベルトとして使用するためのベルトにおいて、
第一部分ベルト(2a)が成形輪−巻付け突起部(42)を使用して溝(44)を備えていることと、
第二部分ベルト(2b)が第一部分ベルト(2a)の溝(44)の充填部を形成していることを特徴とするフラットベルト。 - 連結担持体層(4)が完成したベルト(2)の中立した湾曲面の中心に位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフラットベルト。
- 第一部分ベルト(2a)と第二部分ベルト(2b)が異なるエラストマー材料(46a,46b)から成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のフラットベルト。
- ベルト(2)の両表面の少なくとも一方の面が被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載のフラットベルト。
- 両ベルト表面の少なくとも一方の面が縦方向プロフィールあるいは横方向プロフィールを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載のフラットベルト。
- 可塑性の材料(46a,46b)から成る二つの部分ベルト(2a,2b)からベルト(2)を製造するための方法であって、
この場合第一部分ベルト(2a)を製造するために、連結担持体層を形成している個々のコード(4)が、巻付け突起部(42)を備えている成形輪(14)上に供給され(geben)、次いで第一部分ベルト(2a)のための可塑性の材料(46a)が成形輪(14)上に添加され、かつ連結担持体(4)と接合され、第二方法工程において第二部分ベルト(2b)が形成される方法において、
第一方法工程により第一部分ベルト(2a)上に作られた溝(44)が第二方法工程において充填されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜5による、可塑性の材料(46a,46b)から成るベルト(2)を製造するための装置であって、
補強材(4)を備えた第一部分ベルト(2a)を製造するための第一ステーション(“ステーション1”6)と、
第二部分ベルト(2b)を製造し、かつ第一部分ベルト(2a)に第二部分ベルト(2b)を形成するための第二ステーション(“ステーション2”8)とを備え、
その際第一ステーション(6)と第二ステーション(8)が、各々押出し成形機(10,12)と成形輪(14,16)を有しており、さらに第一ステーション(6)が、成形ベルト(18)とワイヤ供給装置(28)を備え、前記成形ベルトが、上側押圧ローラ(20)と、下側押圧ローラ(22)とテンションローラ(24)とを使用して成形輪(14)の部分周囲に沿った型中空域(26)を形成する装置において、
第一ステーション(6)の成形輪(14)が、 補強材(4)を備えた第一部分ベルト(2a)で溝(44)を作るための巻付け突起部(42)を備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 成形輪(14)の周囲に設けられた巻付け突起部(42)が様々に互いに間隔をおいて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 巻付け突起部(42)の方向が、回動方向に対して斜めにおよび/または互いにある角度をもって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
- 巻付け突起部(42)が彎曲状、V字状、ジグザグ状あるいは波状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
