Abstract
【解決手段】 第1貫通部41Xに1次側及び2次側のコイルを備えており、第2貫通部41Yにもコイル群が設けられているので、単一の貫通部に全てのコイルを設けた場合よりも、貫通部41X,41Yに垂直な平面内でコイル群の広がる面積が大きくなる。板状部材SP1,SP2の磁性体コア41A、41Bによって覆われない表面領域が広くなる。部材の面積が広い場合には、放熱特性が改善されるため、トランス4の冷却効率が向上する。特に、磁気的に結合した複数のコイル群を有する場合には、内部で発生する熱を熱伝導、熱伝達、熱放射によって移動させることが難しいため、このような放熱構造が有効である。

Claims (3)
- トランスの1次側コイル群に接続されたインバータ回路と、
前記トランスの2次側コイル群に接続された整流平滑回路と、
を備えるDC/DCコンバータにおいて、
前記トランスは、
第1貫通部及び前記第1貫通部と空間的に離隔し前記第1貫通部と共に磁気回路を構成する第2貫通部を有する磁芯を備え、
前記第1貫通部は、前記1次側コイル群の少なくとも1つのコイル内と、前記2次側コイル群の少なくとも1つのコイル内とを貫通しており、
前記第2貫通部は、前記1次側及び2次側コイル群の残りのコイル内を貫通しており、
前記磁気回路の1ループ方向に沿ったコイル群は、磁気的に結合した1次側コイル及び2次側コイルを有する第1コイル群と、前記第1コイル群に続き、磁気的に結合した1次側コイル及び2次側コイルを有する第2コイル群とを備える、
ことを特徴とするDC/DCコンバータ。 - 前記第1又は第2コイル群のコイルは、前記磁気回路の1ループ方向に沿って、2次側コイル、1次側コイル及び2次側コイルの順、又は、1次側コイル、2次側コイル及び1次側コイルの順に配列している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のDC/DCコンバータ。 - 前記第1コイル群の1次側コイルと前記第2コイル群の1次側コイルとは直列接続されており、
前記第1コイル群の1次側コイルの交流抵抗と、前記第2コイル群の1次側コイルの交流抵抗とは、前記インバータ回路のスイッチングに同期して、一方が他方に対して、交互に高くなるように設定されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のDC/DCコンバータ。
