Claims (8)
- 磁性材料により形成されたコアと、該コアの所定位置に巻線を巻回することにより構成される2相モードで動作する電力変換装置であって、
前記コアは、
中央脚と、
該中央脚と並行に配置された円筒形状からなる、巻線が巻回された第1の外側脚と、
前記中央脚を基準として、前記第一の外側脚と反対の位置に配置された第2の外側脚と、から構成される閉磁路であって、
前記中央脚は、前記第1の外側脚および前記第2の外側脚それぞれの体積よりも大きいものであって、
インターリーブ制御であることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記中央脚は、円筒形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記コアは、分離可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、直流電源の出力電圧を昇圧するものであって、
各1次巻線が前記直流電源の正電源の正電極に接続されている2個のトランスと、
各トランスそれぞれの1次巻線と直流電源の負電極との間にそれぞれ接続した2個のスイッチング素子と、
第1のトランスの2次巻線と2番目のトランスの2次巻線との間に接続したインダクタ部と、
前記2個のトランスの各1次巻線と前記直流電源の負電極との間にそれぞれ接続され、ダイオードとコンデンサとを含む2個の直列回路と、
前記2個のトランスの2次巻線と前記インダクタ部は、閉ループを形成するように互いに直列に接続され、
前記2個の直列回路に含まれる各コンデンサは、単一の平滑コンデンサを共用し、
前記コアは、前記2個のトランスの1次巻線がそれぞれ巻回されている2個の外側脚と、前記中央脚により構成されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記コア全体の形状は、丸み形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、DC/DCコンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、インバータ回路装置であることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、電気自動車、ロボット、家電機器、太陽発電機、発動発電機、大容量電源、医療機器、液晶テレビ、LED照明電源のいずれかに搭載されるものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力変換装置。
