Claims (8)
- 磁性材料により形成されたコアと、該コアの所定位置に巻線を巻回することにより構成される2相モードで動作する電力変換装置であって、
磁性材料により生成されたI型のブロックコアに、2つのL型の磁性材料を組み合わせることにより生成されたE型形状のコアにおける、前記ブロックコアを中央脚とし、その他2つの脚それぞれを第1の外側脚と第2の外側脚とし、前記コアは、2つのE型形状のコアにおけるそれぞれの中央脚と、第1の外側脚と、第2の外側脚とを向かい合わせるように、前記2つのE型形状のコアを組み合わせたものであって、
前記中央脚を基準として、前記第1の外側脚と反対の位置に配置された前記第2の外側脚とから構成される閉磁路であることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 前記中央脚の断面積と、前記第1の外側脚の断面積と、前記第2の外側脚の断面積との比率が、2対1対1であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記ブロックコアは、四角形の磁性材料を積層されたことにより生成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記L型のコアは、帯状の磁性材料を巻いて構成される四角筒形状の磁性材料部品を同様の大きさになるように、それぞれのコアがL型になるように4つに切断することで生成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、直流電源の出力電圧を昇圧するものであって、
各1次巻線が前記直流電源の正電源の正電極に接続されている2個のリアクトルと、
各リアクトルそれぞれの1次巻線と直流電源の負電極との間にそれぞれ接続した2個のスイッチング素子と、
第1のリアクトルの2次巻線と2番目のリアクトルの2次巻線との間に接続したインダクタ部と、
前記2個のリアクトルの各1次巻線と前記直流電源の負電極との間にそれぞれ接続され、ダイオードとコンデンサとを含む2個の直列回路とを備え、
前記2個のリアクトルの2次巻線と前記インダクタ部は、閉ループを形成するように互いに直列に接続され、
前記2個の直列回路に含まれる各コンデンサは、単一の平滑コンデンサを共用し、
前記コアは、前記2個のリアクトルの1次巻線がそれぞれ巻回されている2個の外側脚と、前記中央脚により構成されているものであることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記電力変換装置は、DC/DCコンバータであることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、インバータ回路装置であることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記電力変換装置は、電気自動車、ショベルカー、ブルドーザ、ロボット、太陽発電機、発動発電機、大容量電源、医療機器のいずれかに搭載されるものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電力変換装置。
