Abstract
【解決手段】合成ポリマー層、特に樹脂もしくはラッカー層から成る、軸受け要素(1)、特に滑り軸受けのための摩擦層(4)であって、そのポリマー層が、少なくとも、組成を異にする第1の部分層(5)及び第2の部分層(6)から成っているように、構成する。

Description
AlSn6CuNi、AlSn20Cu、AlSi4Cd、AlCd3CuNi、AlSi11Cu、AlSn6Cu、AlSn40、AlSn25CuMn、AlSi11CuMgNi;
CuSn10、CuAl10Fe5Ni5、CuZn31Si1、CuPb24Sn2、CuSn8Bi10;
SnSb8Cu4、SnSb12Cu6Pb。
本例では、第1の部分層5は、硬質粒子として24重量%〜28重量%の含有率で窒化ホウ素もしくは炭化ケイ素を含有するポリアミドから成る。更なる強化のため、そして熱伝導性を高めるために、金属繊維が、10重量%の範囲から選択された含有率で含有されている。加えて、このような第1の部分層5は、10重量%までの範囲で固形潤滑剤を含有する。これらの固形潤滑剤はMoS2又はグラファイトから成っている。
下側の部分層は、層の強化のための25 %炭化ケイ素と、5%の固形潤滑剤、特にMoS2、h-BN、又はTiO2とを有するエポキシ樹脂から成っている。
本例では、部分層5は、軸受け金属層の領域内に配置された下側の個別層と、下側の個別層上に配置された第2の個別層とから成っている。第1の個別層は、含有率15 %のSi3N4、SiC、及びWCの形態の硬質粒子を有するポリアミドイミドから成っている。部分層5のこの第1の個別層内には固形潤滑剤は含有されていない。

Claims (25)
- 合成ポリマー層、特に樹脂もしくはラッカー層から成る、軸受け要素(1)、特に滑り軸受けのための摩擦層(4)であって、ポリマー層が、少なくとも、組成を異にする第1の部分層(5)及び第2の部分層(6)から成っていることを特徴とする、摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)が、第2の部分層(6)よりも硬質であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)が、下限値HV2 35及び上限値HV2 60を有する範囲から選択されるヴィッカース硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)が、下限値HV2 25及び上限値HV2 45を有する範囲から選択されるヴィッカース硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)に少なくとも1種の硬質材料が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)内の少なくとも1種の硬質材料の含有率が、下限値5重量%及び上限値50重量%を有する範囲から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)に、下限値2重量%及び上限値50重量%を有する範囲から選択される含有率を有する硬質材料が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 硬質材料が、CrO3、Fe3O4、PbO、ZnO、CdO、Al2O3、SiC、Si3N4、SiO2、MnO、Si3N4、粘土、タルク、TiO2、ケイ酸アルミニウム、例えばムライト、ケイ酸マグネシウム、例えばアモサイト、アントフィライト、クリソタイル、球状炭素、カーバイド、例えばCaC2、Mo2C、WC、金属粒子、例えばZn、Ag、Ba、Bi、青銅、Cd、Co、Cu、In、Pb、Sn、Tl、鉛-錫合金粒子、Pb又はSn系の軸受け金属粒子、AlN、Fe3P、金属ホウ化物、例えばFe2B、Ni2B、FeB、BaSO4、金属硫化物、例えばZnS、Ag2S、CuS、FeS、FeS2、Sb2S3、PbS、Bi2S3、CdS、WS2、塩素化炭酸水素塩、フッ化物、例えばCF2、金属フッ化物、例えばPbF2、金属オキシフッ化物、クロシドライト、トレモライト、チオカルバミン酸モリブデン、ケイ化物、チオリン酸塩、例えばチオリン酸亜鉛、並びにこれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1及び/又は第2の部分層(5,6)に、繊維、特に、例えばガラス、炭素、アスベスト、チタン酸カリウムから成るような無機繊維、例えばSiCのようなホイスカー、例えばCu又は鋼から成る金属繊維、硬質金属コアを備えたフィラメント、並びにこれらの混合物が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)内の繊維の含有率が、下限値5重量%及び上限値20重量%を有する範囲から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)内の繊維の含有率が、下限値0.05重量%及び上限値10重量%を有する範囲から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)に少なくとも1種の固形潤滑剤が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)内の少なくとも1種の固形潤滑剤の含有率が、下限値5重量%及び上限値20重量%を有する範囲から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)に少なくとも1種の固形潤滑剤が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)内の少なくとも1種の固形潤滑剤の含有率が、下限値15重量%及び上限値50重量%を有する範囲から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 少なくとも1種の固形潤滑剤が、MoS2、h-BN、WS2、グラファイト、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、Pb、Pb-Sn合金、CF2、PbF2、並びにこれらの混合物を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1及び/又は第2の部分層(5,6)のポリマーが、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フッ素含有樹脂、例えばペルフルオロアルコキシ-コポリマー、ポリフルオロアルコキシ-ポリテトラフルオロエチレン-コポリマー、エチレン-テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリクロロトリフロオロエチレン、フッ素化エチレン-プロピレン-コポリマー、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、交互コポリマー、統計的コポリマー、例えばペルフルオロエチレンプロピレン、ポリエステルイミド、ビスマレイミド、ポリイミド樹脂、例えばカルボランイミド、芳香族ポリイミド樹脂、無水素ポリイミド樹脂、ポリ-トリアゾ-ピロメリットイミド、ポリアミドイミド、特に芳香族の、場合によってはイソシアネートで改質されたポリアリールエーテルイミド、場合によってはイソシアネートで改質されたポリエーテルイミド、エポキシ樹脂、エポキシ樹脂エステル、フェノール樹脂、ポリアミド6、ポリアミド66、ポリオキシメチレン、シリコーン、ポリアリールエーテル、ポリアリールケトン、ポリアリールエーテルケトン、ポリアリールエーテル-エーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリ二フッ化ビニリデン、ポリ硫化エチレン、硫化アリレン、ポリ-トリアゾ-ピロメリットイミド、ポリエステルイミド、ポリ硫化アリール、ポリ硫化ビニレン、ポリ硫化フェニレン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアリールスルホン、ポリ酸化アリール、ポリ硫化アリール、ニトリルゴム、フルオロ天然ゴム、これらの混合物及びコポリマーを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)内の硬質材料の含有率が、第2の部分層(6)に向かって低減していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜17のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)内の固形潤滑材料の含有率が、第2の部分層(6)に向かって増大していることを特徴とする、請求項12〜18のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)内の硬質材料の含有率が、第1の部分層(5)に向かって増大していることを特徴とする、請求項7〜19のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)内の固形潤滑材料の含有率が、第1の部分層(5)に向かって低減していることを特徴とする、請求項14〜20のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第1の部分層(5)が、組成を異にする複数の個別層から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 第2の部分層(6)が、組成を異にする複数の個別層から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 部分層(5,6)の間、もしくは部分層(5,6)の少なくとも2つの個別層の間に、接着剤が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)。
- 支持金属層(2)、該支持金属層上に配置された軸受け金属層(3)、並びに該軸受け金属層(3)上に配置された摩擦層(4)を備えた軸受け要素(1)、特に滑り軸受けであって、摩擦層(4)が、請求項1〜24のいずれか1項に記載の摩擦層(4)から形成されており、第1の部分層(5)が、第2の部分層(6)と軸受け金属層(3)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、軸受け要素(1)。
