Claims (18)
- 금속 지지체(2), 금속 지지체 상에 배치된 베어링 금속층(3), 및 베어링 금속층 상에 배치된 중합체층(4)을 구비하며, 상기 중합체층(4)은 폴리이미드 수지, 황화몰리브덴(MoS2) 및 흑연으로 이루어진 베어링 부재(1)에 있어서,폴리이미드 수지의 함량은 하한치 60%와 상한치 80% 사이의 범위에서 선정되고, MoS2의 함량은 하한치 15%와 상한치 25% 사이의 범위에서 선정되고, 흑연의 함량은 하한치 5%와 상한치 15% 사이의 범위에서 선정되며, 상기 폴리이미드 수지의 함량은 제거될 용제를 포함한 폴리이미드 수지에 대한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리이미드 수지는 폴리아미드 이미드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,MoS2의 함량은 하한치 18.5%와 상한치 21.5% 사이의 범위에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,MoS2와 흑연의 비는 하한이 1.5:1이고 상한이 4.5:1인 범위에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 MoS2로서, 하한치 10㎛와 상한치 40㎛ 사이의 범위에서 선정된 평균 길이 및 하한치 10㎛와 상한치 40㎛ 사이의 범위에서 선정된 평균 폭 및 하한치 2nm와 상한치 20nm 사이의 범위에서 선정된 평균 높이를 갖는 판상 MoS2가 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흑연은 하한치 2㎛와 상한치 8㎛ 사이의 범위에서 선정된 입자 크기를 갖는 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베어링 금속층(3)은 Al계 합금, Sn계 합금, Pb계 합금, Cu계 합금, CuPb계 합금, AlSn계 합금, AlZn계 합금, AlSi계 합금, AlSnSi계 합금, CuAl계 합금, CuSn계 합금, CuZn계 합금, CuSnZn계 합금, CuZnSn계 합금, CuBi계 합금 및 AlBi계 합금을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 합금의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합체층(4)은 베어링 금속층(3) 상에 직접 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베어링 금속층(3)은 지지체(2) 상에 직접 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합체층(4)의 표면은, DIN EN ISO 4287에 따른 산술 평균 조도(Ra)가 하한치 0.2㎛와 상한치 1.5㎛ 사이의 범위에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합체층(4)의 표면은, DIN EN ISO 4287에 따른 최대 조도 프로파일(Rz)이 하한치 0.5㎛와 상한치 10㎛ 사이의 범위에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합체층(4)은 두께가 하한치 1㎛와 상한치 40㎛ 사이의 범위에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합체층(4)은 비커스 경도가 하한치 20HV와 상한치 45HV 사이의 범위에서 선정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서,윤활 베어링 이분형 쉘(half-shell) 또는 스러스트 링(thrust ring) 또는 베어링 부시(bearing bush)로서 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부재.
