Abstract
【解決手段】 鋼裏金層に積層した軸受合金層1の表面に樹脂コーティング層2を設けたすべり軸受において、樹脂コーティング層2の樹脂バインダーとして高温下で劣化しにくいPAIを主成分とし、その樹脂バインダー中に調整粒子3を含有させることにより樹脂コーティング層の圧縮強度を向上させて軸による樹脂コーティング層2の凹みを防止する一方、樹脂バインダー中に板状固体潤滑剤4を包含させることによりすべり特性の向上を図ると共に、クラックによる剥離を調整粒子3のせき止め効果と固体潤滑剤配向調整効果によって防止することで、起動停止を頻繁に繰り返すエンジンでも優れた耐焼付性を有する。

そして、配向強度比が75%未満であると樹脂コーティング層の摩擦係数が高くなる結果、耐焼付性が悪くなり、85%より大きいと微小クラックが入ったときにクラック伝播が止まらずに大きな剥離が発生して耐焼付性が低下する。
調整粒子は100〜300HVであり、例えばCaCO3、CaF2、Cu3AsS4、Sn−Sb−As系化合物、Zn−Al系化合物等の粒子である。
そして、調整粒子は炭酸カルシウムからなることが好ましい。炭酸カルシウムは、

また、調整粒子である炭酸カルシウム粒子は、特にこの樹脂バインダーとの接合性及び分散性の面において好ましい。

Claims (3)
- 鋼裏金層に積層した軸受合金層の表面に、摺動面を有する樹脂コーティング層を設けたすべり軸受において、
前記樹脂コーティング層は、主成分PAIの樹脂バインダー中に、20〜50vol%の板状固体潤滑剤と、5〜30vol%の平均粒子径0.7〜1.6μmかつビッカース硬さ100〜300の調整粒子と、を含有した厚さ2〜10μmの層として形成され、
前記摺動面に対して前記板状固体潤滑剤の(0,0,L)面の配向強度比が75%以上、85%以下の状態で配置されていることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記樹脂バインダーは、PAとEPを合計で30mass%以下含み、
前記調整粒子は、炭酸カルシウムからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。 - 前記樹脂コーティング層の膜厚断面における前記調整粒子の重心間距離が、α、σをそれぞれ粒子重心間距離の平均値、標準偏差とした場合に、
3μm≦α−1σ、且つα+1σ≦15μm
となるように前記調整粒子を分布させたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のすべり軸受。
