Abstract
Description
本実施例は、石油エーテルではなく揮発性メチルシロキサンを用いて薄い連続シリコーン樹脂コーティングが生成できることを例証するものである。
本実施例は、様々な揮発性メチルシロキサン溶剤を用いると、高温で適用された様々なシリコーン樹脂、流体および機能性流体の平滑な連続コーティングの形成がいかに促進されるかを例証するものである。
本実施例は、様々な揮発性メチルシロキサン溶剤を用いると、周囲温度で適用されたシリコーンポリマーの平滑な連続コーティングの形成がいかに促進されるかを例証するものである。
本実施例は、揮発性メチルシロキサンを用いると、完全に処方済みのシリコーン離型剤の平滑な薄いコーティングの形成がいかに促進されるかを例証するものである。
本実施例は、平滑な連続コーティングの形成によって、離型剤の性能がいかに改善されるかを示すものである。
Claims (10)
- 溶剤、シリコーン樹脂、ゴムまたは流体、任意選択的に触媒、助溶剤またはその両方を含む組成物であって、前記溶剤が揮発性シロキサンであることを特徴とする組成物。
- 前記触媒、前記助溶剤またはその両方を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記溶剤が、式R(R2SiO)xSiR3または(R2SiO)yを有し、各Rは独立して、1基当たり1〜約10個の炭素原子を有する、アルキル基、アルコキシ基、フェニル基、フェノキシ基またはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記溶剤が、ヘキサメチルジシロキサン、ヘキサメチルシクロトリシロキサン、2,5−ジクロロ−1,1,3,3,5,5−ヘキサメチルトリシロキサン、1,3−ジメチルテトラメトキシジシロキサン、1,1,1,3,5,5,5−ヘプタメチルトリシロキサン、3−(ヘプタフルオロプロピル)トリメチルシロキサン、オクタメチルトリシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルテトラシロキサン、デカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルペンタシロキサン、ドデカメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンまたはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせであり、好ましくはオクタメチルトリシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン、デカメチルテトラシロキサンまたはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の組成物。
- 前記触媒が、チタン化合物、二酢酸ジブチル錫またはこれらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリコーン樹脂、ゴムまたは流体が、ポリオルガノシロキサン、好ましくはメトキシ末端ポリアルキルシロキサン、ヒドロキシ末端ポリジメチルシロキサンまたはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせ、より好ましくはポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリメチルハイドロジェンシロキサン、ポリシルセスキオキサン、ポリトリメチルシロキサン、ポリジメチルシクロシロキサンまたはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5に記載の組成物。
- 変性フュームドシリカ、界面活性剤、フルオロポリマー、ワックス、脂肪酸、脂肪酸塩、微細分散固体、乳化剤、殺生物剤、腐蝕防止剤またはこれらの2つ以上の組み合わせをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 溶剤、シリコーン樹脂またはシリコーンゴムまたはシリコーン流体、任意選択的に触媒、助溶剤または両方を組み合わせて、離型組成物を生成する工程と、前記組成物を型に適用する工程と、任意選択的に前記組成物を硬化させる工程とを含み、前記溶剤、前記シリコーン樹脂またはシリコーンゴムまたはシリコーン流体、前記触媒および前記助溶剤が請求項1、2、3、4、5、6または7に記載のものと同じであることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記組成物を硬化させる工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 成形材料を前記型に導入する工程と、前記材料を成形物品へと変形させる工程と、前記物品を回収する工程とをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の方法。
