Abstract
取付け孔に対するシャフトの抜けを確実に防止でき、構造が簡単で取付け作業性も良好なシャフト固定用クリップ及び該クリップを用いたシャフト固定構造を提供する。
【解決手段】
このクリップ20は、第1ループ21及び第2ループ22により、全体として8の字形状に屈曲され、その両端部23,24の先端の屈曲部23a,23b,24a,24bがツマミ部25,26をなしている。また、ブッシュ30は、筒部31と、フランジ部32と、スリット33と、周方向スリット34とを有している。そして、取付け孔14に挿入されたブッシュ30の周方向スリット34a,34bに、クリップ20の第2ループ22を嵌合させ、その状態でシャフト11を挿入することより、シャフト11の溝12にクリップ20の第2ループ22が嵌合して、シャフト11が抜け止め固定される。

Description
前記クリップが前記請求項1〜3のいずれかのクリップで構成され、
前記ブッシュが、前記取付け孔内周に密接して挿入される筒部と、この筒部の一端に形成されて前記取付け孔の一方の面に係合するフランジ部と、前記筒部及び前記フランジ部を軸方向に分離する1つのスリットと、このスリットを挟んでその両側に周方向に沿って形成された一対の周方向スリットとを有しており、
前記ブッシュは、前記筒部を前記取付け孔に挿入され、前記クリップは、該取付け孔から挿出された前記筒部に形成された前記周方向スリットに嵌合して装着され、前記シャフトは、前記ブッシュに挿入されてその溝に前記クリップが嵌合した構造をなすことを特徴とするシャフト固定構造を提供するものである。

Claims (6)
- シャフトの溝に嵌合させて用いられるシャフト固定用クリップにおいて、金属線材を8の字状に屈曲させ、一方のループの端部にて前記金属線材の両端部を交差させて両側に延出させ、更に該両端部の先端を屈曲させてなり、前記両端部側に位置するループがシャフト挟持部をなし、前記両端部の先端の屈曲部がツマミ部をなすことを特徴とするシャフト固定用クリップ。
- 前記ツマミ部は、前記金属線材の両端部の先端が、挟持すべきシャフトの軸方向に屈曲されて形成されている請求項1記載のシャフト固定用クリップ。
- 前記ツマミ部は、前記金属線材の両端部の先端が、挟持すべきシャフトの軸方向でかつ同方向に屈曲されて形成されている請求項2記載のシャフト固定用クリップ。
- ブラケットの取付け孔に、ブッシュを介してシャフトを挿通し、シャフト先端部の溝にクリップを嵌合させて抜け止め固定するシャフト固定構造において、
前記クリップが前記請求項1〜3のいずれかのクリップで構成され、
前記ブッシュが、前記取付け孔内周に密接して挿入される筒部と、この筒部の一端に形成されて前記取付け孔の一方の面に係合するフランジ部と、前記筒部及び前記フランジ部を軸方向に分離する1つのスリットと、このスリットを挟んでその両側に周方向に沿って形成された一対の周方向スリットとを有しており、
前記ブッシュは、前記筒部を前記取付け孔に挿入され、前記クリップは、該取付け孔から挿出された前記筒部に形成された前記周方向スリットに嵌合して装着され、前記シャフトは、前記ブッシュに挿入されてその溝に前記クリップが嵌合した構造をなすことを特徴とするシャフト固定構造。 - 前記一対の周方向スリットの間に、前記ブラケットの取付け孔周縁に係合する凸部が形成されている請求項4記載のシャフト固定構造。
- 前記筒部の前記フランジ部とは反対側の先端から前記一対の周方向スリットに至る周壁であって、前記一対の周方向スリットの中央に対応する部分が、その外径が小さくなるように薄肉に形成されている請求項4又は5記載のシャフト固定構造。
