Abstract
【解決手段】溶融樹脂(25)が金型キャビティ(19a)の端面(17a)に至ると、同端面(17a)付近で滞留することなく、金型キャビティ(19a)の縁部(A)を滑らかに通過して溝部(17b)に流入する。注入された溶融樹脂(25)を冷却すると、溝部(17b)の容積が金型キャビティ(19a)の容積よりも小さいため、溝部(17b)内の溶融樹脂(25)の温度が金型キャビティ(19a)内の溶融樹脂(25)の温度よりも早く低下する。これによって、溝部(17b)内及び金型キャビティ(19a)の縁部(A)付近の溶融樹脂(25)の粘度が増加し、縁部(A)付近のシート状材料(9)の損傷を防止する。

Description
本発明の他の目的は、加飾シート等のシート状材料が一体化された射出成形体を、当該シート状材料の変形や破壊を生じることなく製造することができる、射出成形方法を提供することにある。

Claims (4)
- 金型キャビティに保持されたシート状材料と、前記金型キャビティに射出された溶融材料とによって、前記シート状材料が一体化された射出成形体を製造する、射出成形用金型装置において、前記金型キャビティの縁部の全部又は一部に、前記金型キャビティから前記シート状材料の表面に添って前記シート材料の延在する方向に突出する溝部を形成したことを特徴とする、射出成形用金型装置。
- 請求項1に記載の金型装置において、前記金型装置は、前記シート状材料を保持するキャビティ型と、前記キャビティ型と協働して前記キャビティ型との間に前記金型キャビティを画成するコア型とを有し、前記溝部は、前記キャビティ型と前記コア型のパーティング面に添って前記コア型に形成された凹部であることを特徴とする、前記金型装置。
- 請求項2に記載の金型装置において、前記キャビティ型は前記シート状材料を前記キャビティ型に吸着するための吸引口を有し、前記コア型は前記溶融材料を前記キャビティに射出するための射出ゲートを有することを特徴とする、前記金型装置。
- 射出成形用金型装置の金型キャビティにシート状材料を固定する工程と、
前記金型キャビティに溶融材料を射出し、前記金型キャビティの前記シート状材料に添う空間と、前記金型キャビティの縁部に形成され、かつ、前記金型キャビティから前記シート状材料の表面に沿って前記シート状材料が延在する方向に突出する、溝部とに、前記溶融材料を充填する工程と、
前記溶融材料を冷却し、前記溝部内の溶融材料の粘度を前記金型キャビティ内の溶融材料の粘度よりも短時間で増加させる工程と、
を有することを特徴とする、射出成形方法。
