Claims (2)
- 基材にゴム状弾性材料からなる無端形状のガスケットを一体に成形したシール部品の製造において、前記基材を金型の分割型間にセットして型締めし、前記基材の表面とこれに対向する分割型の内面との間に画成される無端形状のキャビティに成形用ゴム材料を射出し、その射出量を、前記成形用ゴム材料が前記キャビティに充満した後、このキャビティ内における成形用ゴム材料の合流位置に開口したエアベント孔からその下流側に設けた余剰材料溜まりへ流れ込むと共にこの余剰材料溜まりに充満しない量とし、前記エアベント孔から余剰材料溜まりへ流れ込む成形用ゴム材料に流動抵抗による圧力降下を生じさせ、この圧力降下によって、前記キャビティの内圧を前記ガスケットの成形に必要な圧力の下限値以上でかつ前記キャビティからの漏れ発生圧力の下限値未満に保持することを特徴とするシール部品の製造方法。
- 金型の分割型間にセットした基材の表面とこれに対向する分割型の内面との間に画成される無端形状のガスケット成形用キャビティと、このキャビティ内における成形用ゴム材料の合流位置に開口したエアベント孔と、その下流側にオリフィスを介して延在された余剰材料溜まりとを有し、このオリフィス及び余剰材料溜まりが前記キャビティと反対側の分割型の衝合面に沿って形成され、前記オリフィスは、前記エアベント孔から前記余剰材料溜まりへ流れ込む成形用ゴム材料に流動抵抗による圧力降下を生じさせるものであって、その長さ及び流路断面積は、前記圧力降下によって相対的に上昇する前記キャビティの内圧が、前記ガスケットの成形に必要な成形圧力の下限値以上でかつ前記キャビティから前記基材と前記分割型との衝合面間へ成形用ゴム材料の漏れが発生する圧力の下限値未満となるように設定されたことを特徴とするシール部品の製造用金型。
