Description
Claims (8)
- 樹脂製のカバーと、軸部と、の間の環状の空間を密封する密封構造であって、
前記軸部が挿通される貫通孔が設けられた前記カバーと、
前記貫通孔と前記軸部との間の密封を図るための密封装置とを備え、
前記密封装置は、軸線の周りに環状の樹脂製の支持環と、前記支持環に取り付けられている前記軸線の周りに環状の弾性体から形成された弾性体部とを備え、
前記軸線に沿った方向において、前記カバーの内部に近づく方向を内側、前記カバーの内部から離れる方向を外側とし、
前記弾性体部は、前記軸部に該軸部が摺動可能に接触する環状のシールリップを有しており、
前記支持環は、
前記貫通孔内に進入するように位置している進入部と、
前記貫通孔よりも前記外側に突出すると共に、前記進入部よりも外周側へ出っ張っている外側部と、
前記外側部に形成されている部分であって、前記内側に面する面である接合面を有する接合部分と、を有し、
前記進入部は、前記軸線に沿って延びた形状をなしており、外周側に面する外周面を有しており、
前記外周面は、前記貫通孔を形成する前記カバーの内周面と嵌合しておらず、
前記接合部分は、前記カバーに溶着されて接合されている、
ことを特徴とする密封構造。 - 前記外周面は、前記軸線に沿った方向において、前記外側から前記内側に向かって縮径するテーパ面となっている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密封構造。 - 前記外側部は、前記外側から前記内側に向かって凹む環状の凹部であり、溶着治具を嵌めることが可能な溶着治具ガイド部を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の密封構造。 - 前記密封装置よりも前記外側にトーショナルダンパとしてのダンパプーリが設けられ、
前記支持環と前記ダンパプーリとによってラビリンスシールが形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の密封構造。 - 前記ダンパプーリは、前記溶着治具ガイド部に入り込む環状の突出部を有し、
前記溶着治具ガイド部と前記前記突出部とでラビリンスシールが形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の密封構造。 - 環状であり、樹脂製の支持環と、
前記支持環に取り付けられ、弾性体から形成された弾性体部と、を有し、
前記弾性体部は、
前記支持環の内周側を覆うように前記支持環と一体的に形成され、
シールリップを有し、
前記支持環は、
前記軸線と直交する環状の側面に、前記軸線に沿った方向へ凹む環状の凹部であり、溶着治具を嵌めることが可能な溶着治具ガイド部を有する、
ことを特徴とする密封装置。 - 前記支持環は、
前記軸線と沿った方向において、前記側面とは反対側の面である接合面と、
前記接合面から凸となる環状の突起部有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の密封装置。 - 前記支持環は、前記突起部の内周側及び外周側の少なくともいずれかの位置に、前記接合面から凹む環状の凹部が設けられている、」
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の密封装置。
