Claims (2)
- 燃料電池セルにおけるセパレータ(3,3)の外周部間に配置されるフィルム、シート又は板状の基枠(110)の表面に、成形用キャビティ(4)における成形用ゴム材料の合流部に位置するエアベント部(42)を有する金型を用いてゴム状弾性材料からなるガスケット(120)を一体に成形する工程と、この成形工程で前記エアベント部(42)に成形用ゴム材料が流れ込むことにより形成されたバリ(123)を、前記基枠(110)の一部と共に裁断して除去する切除工程からなることを特徴とする燃料電池用シールの製造方法。
- 切除工程が、基枠(110)の抜き加工工程と同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用シールの製造方法。
