- 前記排気溝部の前記キャビティへの開口部の幅寸法が前記排気孔部の孔径よりも大きくされている請求項1又は2に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。
- 前記排気孔部の前記排気溝部への開口面積が、該排気溝部の前記キャビティへの開口面積よりも小さくされている請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。
- 前記第1割型と前記第2割型の脱型に際して、前記ゴム状弾性材料において前記排気孔部によって成形された部分を、前記排気溝部によって成形された部分から引き切って除去する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。
- 前記キャビティへ注入される際の前記ゴム状弾性材料のムーニー粘度が10〜80ML(1+3)100℃とされている請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。
- 前記ガスケットの形成材料である前記ゴム状弾性材料が、エチレン−プロピレンゴム、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム、エチレン−ブテン−ジエンゴムからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも一つとされている請求項6に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。
- 前記基材が金属製とされている請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。
- 前記エアベントと前記ゴム状弾性材料を前記キャビティへ注入する前記注入ゲートとが各複数設けられており、
該エアベントと該注入ゲートが該キャビティの周方向で交互に配されている請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。 - 前記エアベントが前記排気溝部と前記排気孔部をつなぐ接続孔部を備えており、
該接続孔部は該排気溝部への接続面積が該排気孔部への接続面積よりも大きくされている請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のガスケット部材の製造方法。 - 板状の基材と、ゴム状弾性材料によって形成されて該基材の表面に一体的に固着される環状のガスケットとを、備えるガスケット部材であって、
前記基材の面上で前記ガスケットから内周側又は外周側へ延び出すオーバーフロータブ部が、該ガスケットと一体形成されて、該ガスケットの周方向で部分的に設けられ、該ガスケットにおける注入ゲートの除去跡から離れて位置せしめられており、
更に該オーバーフロータブ部には、エアベント用の排気孔部の除去跡があるガスケット部材。 - 前記ガスケットは、前記基材から離れるにしたがって幅狭となる山形断面形状で周方向に延びている請求項11に記載のガスケット部材。
- 前記基材の前記ガスケットの固着領域には凹所が設けられており、前記オーバーフロータブ部が該凹所の底内面に固着されて該凹所に収容されている請求項11又は12に記載のガスケット部材。
