Abstract
【解決手段】 第2グループのフェール時には、優先度切替バルブ102により第1グループの係合装置の係合状態に基づいて、フェールセーフバルブ群100への油圧の入力形態が切り替えられて、自動変速機10のインターロックの発生が防止される為に成立させられるフェールセーフギヤ段によってフェール発生直前の変速段から2段以上のダウンシフトが生じないように、フェールセーフバルブ群100によりリニアソレノイドバルブSL4、SL5から出力された油圧PC4、PB1がクラッチC4およびブレーキB1の何れか1個へ供給される為の所定の優先度が切り替えられるので、フェールセーフギヤ段への変速による車両挙動の違和感の発生が抑制され得る。

Claims (2)
- 第1グループに属する2個の摩擦係合装置と第2グループに属する複数の摩擦係合装置とを備え、第1グループに属する2個の摩擦係合装置の同時係合と第1グループに属する何れか1個の摩擦係合装置および第2グループに属する何れか1個の摩擦係合装置の同時係合との何れかの同時係合により変速比の異なる複数の変速段が成立させられ、且つ第1グループに属する一方の摩擦係合装置を係合すると共に第2グループに属する何れか1個の摩擦係合装置を選択的に係合することにより所定変速段に対して変速比の大きな低車速側の変速段が成立させられるか、或いは第1グループに属する他方の摩擦係合装置を係合すると共に第2グループに属する何れか1個の摩擦係合装置を選択することにより所定変速段に対して変速比の小さな高車速側の変速段が成立させられる車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
第2グループに属する複数の摩擦係合装置の各々を係合させるための各油圧が入力されると共に、第2グループに属する複数の摩擦係合装置の同時係合を生じさせる油圧が出力されるフェール時には、該フェール前に前記低車速側の変速段が成立させられているときであれば該低車速側の変速段の何れかを成立させ、該フェール前に前記高車速側の変速段が成立させられているときであれば該高車速側の変速段の何れかを成立させる為に、所定の優先度に従って第2グループに属する何れか1個の該摩擦係合装置へ油圧が出力されるように優先される摩擦係合装置以外の摩擦係合装置への油圧の供給を停止するフェールセーフ装置と、
第1グループに属する少なくとも1個の摩擦係合装置の係合状態に基づいて前記フェールセーフ装置への前記油圧の入力形態を切り替えて、前記優先度を切り替える切替装置と
を、含むことを特徴とする車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記切替装置は、前記フェール時に前記フェールセーフ装置により成立させられる変速段によって該フェールの発生直前の変速段から2段以上のダウンシフトが生じないように、前記優先度を切り替えるものである請求項1の車両用自動変速機の油圧制御装置。
