Abstract
Description
a)吸着組成物の成分及び/又は吸着組成物の溶解性出発化合物の溶液を製造し、
b)塩基を加えることにより、上記溶液から固体を沈殿させ、
c)この固体を分離、及び乾燥し、
d)この固体を任意にか焼し、
e)この固体を成形体に成形し、及び
f)この成形体を任意にか焼する
を、工程d)又は工程f)の2つのか焼工程の内、少なくとも1工程が実施されるという条件で、その記載された順序に含む。第一の工程、工程a)において、吸着組成物の成分の溶液は通常の方法で製造するが、例えば、硝酸等の酸に溶解させることにより製造する。任意に、吸着組成物の成分の代わりに、それらの出発化合物、例えば、水溶液に溶解した金属の硝酸塩、炭酸塩、ヒドロキシ炭酸塩を使用でき、これらは、例えば、硝酸塩のために酸性でもあり得る。溶液内の塩の混合割合は、吸着組成物の所望の最終組成に従って、化学量論的に算定して調整する。
a)吸着組成物の成分及び/又は吸着組成物の溶解性出発化合物の溶液を製造し、
b)予め成形された担体に上記溶液を含浸させ、
c)含浸させた担体を乾燥し、そして
d)含浸させ、乾燥した担体をか焼する、
を、記載された順序に含むことが好ましい。
Claims (16)
- 銅、亜鉛、及びジルコニウムを含む吸着組成物。
- 吸着組成物の合計量に対して、30〜99.8質量%CuOに相当する量の銅、0.1〜69.9質量%ZnOに相当する量の亜鉛、0.1〜69.9質量%ZrO2に相当する量のジルコニウムを含む請求項1に記載の吸着組成物。
- 実質的に、吸着組成物の合計量に対して、30〜99.8質量%CuOに相当する量の銅、0.1〜69.9質量%ZnOに相当する量の亜鉛、0.1〜69.9質量%ZrO2に相当する量のジルコニウムを有し、各成分の割合の合計が100質量%である請求項2に記載の吸着組成物。
- 銅が、一部分において金属の状態、及び一部分において酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)の状態で、亜鉛が酸化亜鉛の状態で、及びジルコニウムが二酸化ジルコニウムの状態で存在する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の吸着組成物。
- 一酸化炭素を含有する物質流から吸着組成物への吸着により一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、一酸化炭素を含有する物質流を、銅、亜鉛、及びジルコニウムを含有する吸着組成物に接触させる方法。
- 吸着組成物の合計量に対して、30〜99.8質量%CuOに相当する量の銅、0.1〜69.9質量%ZnOに相当する量の亜鉛、及び0.1〜69.9質量%のZrO2に相当する量のジルコニウムを含む吸着組成物を使用する請求項5に記載の方法。
- 実質的に、吸着組成物の合計量に対して、30〜99.8質量%CuOに相当する量の銅、0.1〜69.9質量%ZnOに相当する量の亜鉛、0.1〜69.9質量%ZrO2に相当する量のジルコニウムを有し、各成分の割合の合計が100質量%になる、吸着組成物を使用する請求項6に記載の方法。
- 銅が、一部分において金属の状態、及び一部分において酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)の状態で、亜鉛が酸化亜鉛の状態で、及びジルコニウムが二酸化ジルコニウムの状態で存在する吸着組成物を使用する、請求項5〜7の何れかに記載の方法。
- プロピレン液体流から一酸化炭素を除去する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 一酸化炭素と酸素から二酸化炭素を形成させる触媒反応により、一酸化炭素、及び酸素を含有する物質流から一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、請求項1に記載の吸着組成物を触媒として使用する方法。
- 一酸化炭素を、酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)を含む固体と反応させて金属銅を形成し、そして二酸化炭素を得ることにより、一酸化炭素含有物質流から一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、請求項4に記載の吸着組成物を、酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)を含有する固体として使用する方法。
- 請求項1に記載の吸着組成物を製造する方法であって、
以下の工程、
a)吸着組成物の成分及び/又は吸着組成物の溶解性出発化合物の溶液を製造し、
b)塩基を加えることにより、前記溶液から固体を沈殿させ、
c)この固体を分離、及び乾燥し、
d)この固体を任意にか焼し、
e)この固体を成形体に成形し、及び
f)この成形体を任意にか焼する
を、工程d)又は工程f)の2つのか焼工程の内、少なくとも1工程が実施されるという条件で、その記載された順序に含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の吸着組成物を製造する方法であって、その工程が、以下の工程、
a)吸着組成物の成分及び/又は吸着組成物の溶解性出発化合物の溶液を製造し、
b)予め成形された担体に前記溶液を含浸させ、
c)含浸させた担体を乾燥し、
d)含浸させ、乾燥した担体をか焼する、
を、記載された順序に含む方法。 - 吸着によって一酸化炭素含有物質流から一酸化炭素を除去するために、還元剤で処理することによって、請求項1に記載された吸着組成物を、その使用前に活性化させる方法。
- 吸着組成物を水素含有気体に接触させる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 一酸化炭素を含む物質流から一酸化炭素を、吸着により除去するために請求項1に記載の吸着組成物を使用した後に、この吸着組成物を再生する方法であって、この吸着組成物を50〜400℃の範囲の温度に加熱すること、及び/又は再生する吸着組成物の床に気体を通すことを含む方法。
