Abstract
【解決手段】銅、亜鉛、及びアルミニウムオキシドから吸着体を構成し、吸着体の全量に対して、銅を、酸化銅(II)として10〜70質量%、亜鉛を酸化亜鉛として10〜70質量%、アルミニウムを酸化アルミニウムとして0.1〜50質量%含み、かつ、銅は金属銅と酸化銅の形で含まれ、金属銅の割合を銅全体に対して10〜40質量%とする。

Description
2Cu+O2→2CuO
という酸化の化学量論を仮定する。
a)吸着体の成分の及び/又はこれらの出発化合物の溶液又は懸濁液を製造する工程、
b)塩基を添加することにより、この溶液から固体を沈澱させ、任意にこの沈澱物生成物を吸着体及び/又はその出発化合物の更なる成分と混合する工程、
c)得られた固体を分離及び乾燥する工程、
d)この固体をか焼する工程、
e)固体を成形して成形体を得る工程、
f)この成形体を更にか焼する工程、
を記載した順序で含み、及び
g)吸着体の銅含有部分の還元度(但し、該還元度は、金属銅と酸化銅との合計に対する金属銅の質量割合を、CuOとして計算して表される)を、60%以下の値に設定する工程、
を、工程f)の後又は同時に行うことを特徴とする。
実施例1で得られた錠剤の試料を、窒素中に水素が25体積%で存在する気体混合物を180℃においてチューブ状の反応器の中で試料に通らせることによって還元した。還元時間及び還元度は表に示した通りである。
Claims (10)
- 銅−、亜鉛- 及びアルミニウムオキシドを含む吸着体であって、
銅を、酸化銅(II)CuOとして計算して、吸着体の全量に対して、10〜70質量%の酸化銅(II)CuOに相当する量で含み、
亜鉛を、吸着体の全量に対して、10〜70質量%の酸化亜鉛(ZnO)に相当する量で含み、
アルミニウムを、吸着体の全量に対して、0.1〜50質量%の酸化アルミニウム(Al 2 O 3 )に相当する量で含み、
その銅含有部分は、金属銅と酸化銅との合計に対する金属銅の質量割合として表した還元度が、CuOとして計算して、10〜40%であることを特徴とする吸着体。 - それぞれ吸着体の合計量に対して、銅を30〜50質量%CuOに相当する量、亜鉛を30〜50質量%ZnOに相当する量、及びアルミニウムを10〜30質量%Al 2 O 3 に相当する量で含み、個々の成分の割合が合計で100質量%となることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸着体。
- 不活性担体上に存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の吸着体。
- 亜鉛が、酸化亜鉛(ZnO)の状態で存在し、またアルミニウムが酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)の状態で存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の吸着体。
- 吸着体への吸着によって一酸化炭素含有物質流から一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、一酸化炭素含有物質流は、請求項1〜4において定義された吸着体と接触することを特徴とする方法。
- 一酸化炭素が液体プロピレン流から除去されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 一酸化炭素と酸素とを触媒反応させて二酸化炭素を形成することにより、一酸化炭素及び酸素を含有する物質流から一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、使用される触媒は、請求項1〜4で定義された吸着体であることを特徴とする方法。
- 一酸化炭素と、酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)を含有する固体とを反応させて金属銅を形成させつつ二酸化炭素を形成して一酸化炭素含有物質流から一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、
請求項1〜4で定義された吸着体が、酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)を含有する固体として使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜4で定義された吸着体の製造方法であって、
以下の処理工程、
a)吸着体の成分の及び/又はこれらの出発化合物の溶液又は懸濁液を製造する工程、
b)塩基を添加することにより、この溶液から固体を沈澱させ、任意にこの沈澱物生成物を吸着体及び/又はその出発化合物の更なる成分と混合する工程、
c)得られた固体を分離及び乾燥する工程、
d)この固体をか焼する工程、
e)固体を成形して成形体を得る工程、
f)この成形体を更にか焼する工程、
を記載した順序で含み、及び
g)吸着体の銅含有部分の還元度(但し、該還元度は、金属銅と酸化銅との合計に対する金属銅の質量割合を、CuOとして計算して表される)を、10〜40%の値に設定する工程、
を、工程f)の後又は同時に行うことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 一酸化炭素含有物質流から一酸化炭素を吸着して除去するために請求項1〜4で定義された吸着体を使用した後に、この吸着体を再生する方法であって、吸着体を50〜500℃の範囲の温度まで加熱し、及び/又は、再生すべき吸着体の床に気体を通すことを含むことを特徴とする方法。
