Description
a)吸着組成物の成分及び/又は吸着組成物の溶解性出発化合物の溶液を製造し、
b)塩基を加えることにより、上記溶液から固体を沈殿させ、
c)この固体を分離、及び乾燥し、
d)この固体を任意にか焼し、
e)この固体を成形体に成形し、及び
f)この成形体を任意にか焼する
を、工程d)又は工程f)の2つのか焼工程の内、少なくとも1工程が実施されるという条件で、その記載された順序に含む。第一の工程、工程a)において、吸着組成物の成分の溶液は通常の方法で製造するが、例えば、硝酸等の酸に溶解させることにより製造する。任意に、吸着組成物の成分の代わりに、それらの出発化合物、例えば、水溶液に溶解した金属の硝酸塩、炭酸塩、ヒドロキシ炭酸塩を使用でき、これらは、例えば、硝酸塩のために酸性でもあり得る。溶液内の塩の混合割合は、吸着組成物の所望の最終組成に従って、化学量論的に算定して調整する。
a)吸着組成物の成分及び/又は吸着組成物の溶解性出発化合物の溶液を製造し、
b)予め成形された担体に上記溶液を含浸させ、
c)含浸させた担体を乾燥し、そして
d)含浸させ、乾燥した担体をか焼する、
を、記載された順序に含むことが好ましい。
Claims (1)
- 一酸化炭素を含有するプロピレン液体流から、吸着組成物への吸着により一酸化炭素を除去する方法であって、
一酸化炭素を含有するプロピレン液体流が、所定の吸着組成物に接触され、
該吸着組成物は、銅が、一部分において金属の状態、及び一部分において酸化銅(I)及び/又は酸化銅(II)の状態で、亜鉛が酸化亜鉛の状態で存在し、及びジルコニウムが二酸化ジルコニウムの状態で存在し、且つ前記吸着組成物は、該吸着組成物の合計量に対して、およそ70質量%のCuO、およそ20質量%のZnO、及びおよそ10質量%のZrO 2 からなり、及び各成分の割合の合計が100質量%になることを特徴とする方法。
