Abstract
Description
夫々のLは、電子供与性を持つ有機又は無機分子、好ましくは一つ以上のヘテロ原子、例えば、P、S、N又はOを含む分子、又は一つ以上の不飽和結合を含む分子、より好ましくはホスフィン、窒素及び/又は酸素含有リガンド(例えば、アセトニトリル、CO又はH2O)、環状ジエン(例えば、シクロオクタジエン(cod))、環状トリエンから成る群から選ばれる分子を示し、
mは少なくとも1であり、
nは0〜6の範囲の整数であり、
夫々のX‐は、無機部分を示し、好ましくはH‐、Cl‐、BF4 ‐、ClO4 ‐、SbF6 ‐、NO3 ‐、PF6 ‐、アニオン性有機分子及び金属イオンの負に荷電した錯体より成る群から選ばれ、そのような金属イオンの負に荷電した錯体の好ましい例は、(例えば、Rh、Ru、Ir、Pd、Pt、アクチニド、ランタニドの)遷移金属イオン錯体及びアルカリ土類金属イオンの錯体を含み、
pは0〜8の範囲において選ばれる整数である。
150グラムのアルミナ(230m2、150ミクロン粒子)が、実用グレードのエタノールの500ミリリットル中に縣濁された。32.95グラムのケイタングステン酸が100ミリリットルのエタノールに溶解され、かつ室温において1時間で攪拌されたアルミナ縣濁物に滴下添加された。14時間後、攪拌が停止され、そして更に2分間の後に上部層がデカンテーションにより除去された。残っている固体が、脱塩水の1リットル部分で数回洗浄されて、任意の担持されていないケイタングステン酸を除去した。固体は200℃で乾燥された。ICPによる分析は、アルミナが11.7重量%のタングステンを含んでおり、これは、18.0重量%のケイタングステン酸に等しいことを示した。
12.6ミリグラムの[Rh((R,R)-Me-DuPHOS)(COD)]BF4(21ミクロモル)が、窒素雰囲気下に6.33グラムのイタコン酸ジメチル(40ミリモル)を含む20ミリリットルのメタノール溶液中に溶解された。僅かに橙色に着色された溶液が水素化反応器に移送された。反応混合物が水素でパージされた。反応混合物は、環境温度(22℃)において2時間、20psigの水素圧力下で攪拌された。
触媒前駆体[Rh((R)-BINAP)Cl2]2・NEt3は、J. Org. Chem. 1992年、第57号、第6689〜6691頁においてKingらにより開示されたように製造された。触媒試験がまた、18.2ミリグラムの[Rh((R)-BINAP)Cl2]2・NEt3(21ミクロモル)、44ミクロモルのHCl、6.97グラムのt‐ブチルアセトアセテート(42.9ミリモル)及び13ミリリットルのMeOHを使用してこの文献に開示されたように実行された。
Claims (22)
- 少なくとも一つの金属化合物及び/又はその成分を混合物から分離する方法において、該混合物をヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンと接触させ、それにより、ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオン並びに金属化合物及び/又はその成分を含む沈殿物を製造することを含む方法。
- 混合物が、少なくとも一つの金属化合物及び/又はその成分から精製され、そして精製された混合物が回収され、及び/又は
沈殿物が該混合物から回収され、そして少なくとも一つの金属化合物及び/又は一つ以上のその成分が、該沈殿物から回収される
ところの請求項1記載の方法。 - ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンが担持物質に固定され、かつ金属化合物及び/又は一つ以上のその成分が、該担持物質から回収されるところの請求項2記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンの量が少なくとも0.1当量であるところの請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンの量が少なくとも1当量であるところの請求項4記載の方法。
- 該金属化合物及び/又はその成分が、少なくとも一つの金属原子及び/又は少なくとも一つのリガンド、又は少なくとも一つの金属イオン及び/又は少なくとも一つの対イオン及び/又は少なくとも一つのリガンドから成るところの請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンが不溶性担持物質に付着されているところの請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 担持物質が、アルミナ、シリカ、ジルコニア、チタニア、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、並びにその他の不溶性酸化物、クレー物質、活性炭、ゼオライト、及びこれらの組み合わせより成る群から選ばれるところの請求項7記載の方法。
- 担持物質がアルミナであるところの請求項8記載の方法。
- 担持物質が、ポリマー、複合体、オリゴマー及び被覆された物質、並びにその他の有機担体より成る群から選ばれるところの請求項7記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンが、ケギン型のヘテロポリ酸及びアニオンより成る群から選ばれるところの請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 金属化合物が、Rh、Ru、Ir、Pd及びPtより成る群からの少なくとも一つの金属に基づいているところの請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのリガンドが、一つ以上の不飽和結合を含む分子、P、S、N及びOより成る群から選ばれる一つ以上のヘテロ原子を含む分子、及びその他の電子供与性を持つ有機及び無機分子より成る群から選ばれるところの請求項6〜12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つのリガンドが、ホスフィン、窒素及び/又は酸素含有リガンド、環状ジエン、環状トリエン、CO及びH2Oより成る群から選ばれるところの請求項13記載の方法。
- 金属化合物が、前駆錯体複合体[Rh((R,R)-Me-DuPHOS)(COD)]BF4((R,R)-Me-DuPHOS=(-)-1,2-bis((2R,5R)-2,5-ジメチルホスホラノ)ベンゼン)、[Ru((R)-BINAP)Cl2]2・NEt3(R)-BINAP=(R)-(+)-2,2’-ビス(ジフェニルホスフィノ)-1,1’-ビナフチル、Pd(OAc)2、Rh(CO)(H)(PPh3)3、NiNO3(H2O)6より成る群から誘導されるところの請求項1〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 担持物質が固定床タイプ構成に置かれ、かつ混合物がそこを通過され、それにより、金属化合物が、少なくとも一つのヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンに付着され、かつ該混合物から除去されるところの請求項7〜15のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 担持物質が構造化された形態で存在するところの請求項16記載の方法。
- 担持物質が、モノリス、星形物質及び迷路形物質より成る群から選ばれるところの請求項17記載の方法。
- ヘテロポリ酸若しくはヘテロポリ酸アニオン、又はこれらにより変性された担体が、該混合物中にスラリー化され、そして続いて、そこから除去されるところの請求項16〜18のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 金属化合物が触媒又はその残留物であるところの請求項1〜19のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 金属化合物が、溶剤に溶解されているか、コロイド相に存在するか又はその他の均一相に存在するところの請求項1〜20のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 触媒化学反応を実行する方法において、少なくとも一つの均一金属触媒の存在下に液相において適切な反応物を反応させ、反応の完結後に得られた反応混合物を、ヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンと接触させ、それにより、該反応混合物に実質的に不溶である沈殿物を製造し、又は担持物質の表面にヘテロポリ酸又はヘテロポリ酸アニオンを付着されたところの担持物質と接触させ、そして該固体物質から反応混合物を分離することを含む方法。
