Claims (15)
- リチウム電池用カソードであって、
(a)アルミニウム箔を含有する集電体と、
(b)(i)二酸化マンガンと、
(ii)導電性材料と、
(iii)スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン重合体、メラミン樹脂によって架橋された直鎖トリブロック重合体、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエン三元共重合体、水素化ニトリルゴム、熱可塑性ポリウレタン、熱可塑性オレフィンの群から選ばれる結合剤と、を含有する活性カソード材料と、
を備えたことを特徴とするカソード。 - 結合剤は、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカソード。
- 結合剤は、メラニン樹脂によって架橋された直鎖トリブロック重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のカソード。
- 結合剤は、メラニン樹脂によって架橋されたスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンからなることを特徴とする請求項3記載のカソード。
- 集電体の一方の面は、活性カソード材料によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のカソード。
- 集電体の両面は、活性カソード材料によって覆われていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のカソード。
- 集電体は、主にアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のカソード。
- リチウム電池用カソードを製造する方法であって、
(a)活性カソード材料と、導電性材料と、溶媒と、結合剤とを混合し、混合物を製造する工程と、
(b)混合物を散布し、溶媒の重量の25%から40%を含有するスラリーを形成する工程と、
(c)溶液噴射工程を使用して基板にスラリーを散布し、コーティングされた基板を形成する工程と、
(d)コーティングされた基板を乾燥する工程と、
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - (d)工程の後にカレンダーする工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
- 基板は、アルミニウム箔からなることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の方法。
- 前記箔は、(c)工程の前にフレーム処理されることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記箔は、(c)工程の前にプライマでコーティングされることを特徴とする請求項11記載の方法。
- 溶媒は、炭化水素溶媒であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 溶媒は、パラフィン溶媒からなることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 溶媒は、芳香族炭化水素溶媒からなることを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
