Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料噴射弁において、先端部に、中央部を噴射先方向に膨出させたドーム状の膨出部8bを有するノズルプレート8を設けるとともに、ノズルプレート8を取り囲む周壁3bを形成することにより、膨出部8bの周縁部から周壁3bの内壁面3cまでの間に燃料の表面張力による燃料溜まりGが形成されるようにして、噴射孔8cを、膨出部8bの燃料溜まりGから露出する位置に設けた。

Claims (3)
- 弁座が形成された弁座部材と、
前記弁座に離着座する弁体と、
前記弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
磁気吸引力を発生させて前記弁座を離座させる電磁コイルと、
を備えた燃料噴射弁において、
先端部に、中央部を噴射先方向に膨出させたドーム状の膨出部を有するノズルプレートを設けるとともに、前記ノズルプレートを取り囲む周壁を形成することにより、前記膨出部の周縁部から周壁の内壁面までの間に燃料の表面張力による燃料溜まりが形成されるようにして、
噴射孔を、前記膨出部の前記燃料溜まりから露出する位置に設けたことを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記膨出部の直径をD1(mm)、膨出部の膨出高さをh(mm)としたとき、
1.5≦D1≦2.5、かつh≧0.1
としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。 - 前記周壁の内壁面の直径をD2(mm)としたとき、
(D2−D1)/2≧1.25
としたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
