図1は、本発明に係るパイロット型電磁弁の一実施形態を示す縦断面図である。
図示実施形態のパイロット型電磁弁1において、前述した図4に示される従来例のパイロット型電磁弁1’の各部と同一構成ないし同一機能を有する部分には、共通の符号を付して、重複説明を省略し、以下においては相違点を重点的に説明する。

Claims (2)
- 電磁式アクチュエータによりパイロット弁体を開閉駆動し、このパイロット弁体に応動して主弁体を開閉するようにされ、
主弁座を有する主弁室が設けられた弁本体と、前記主弁座に接離する主弁体と、前記主弁座より上流側に設けられた流入口と、前記主弁座より下流側に設けられた流出口と、前記主弁体を開弁方向に付勢する開弁ばねと、前記パイロット弁体を閉弁方向に付勢する閉弁ばねと、通電励磁用のコイルと、該コイルの内周側に配在された吸引子と、該吸引子に対向配置されたプランジャと、該プランジャと一体的に移動するようにされた前記パイロット弁体と、前記プランジャと前記主弁体との間に形成された背圧室と、該背圧室と前記流出口とを連通するべく前記主弁体に形成されたパイロット通路と、を備え、前記パイロット弁体により前記パイロット通路を開閉するようにされたパイロット型電磁弁であって、
前記主弁体の開弁方向の移動規制を行うストッパを有し、該ストッパは、前記主弁体の端面部が衝接するストッパ面部と、該ストッパ面部から前記主弁体の開弁方向に凹む凹部と、からなっており、
前記背圧室は、前記プランジャと、該プランジャの先端に取り付けられたパイロット弁体と、前記プランジャのガイドとなるガイドパイプと、前記主弁体と、で画成されており、前記ガイドパイプは、前記プランジャが摺動自在に嵌挿される小径部と、前記主弁体が摺動自在に嵌挿される大径部と、を備え、前記小径部と大径部との間の段丘部が、前記ストッパ面部と前記凹部とを有する前記ストッパとなっていることを特徴とするパイロット型電磁弁。 - 前記パイロット弁体は、ボールからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイロット型電磁弁。
