Claims (10)
- 異なる帯域中心周波数を有する送信用フィルタ及び受信用フィルタと、該送信用及び受信用フィルタ同士の位相を整合させる位相整合用回路と、前記送信用及び受信用フィルタと前記位相整合用回路とが実装される第1の層を含む積層パッケージとを有し、
前記第1の層は、前記送信用フィルタのグランドに接続される第1のグランド線路パターンと、前記受信用フィルタのグランドに接続される第2のグランド線路パターンと、前記位相整合用回路のグランドに接続される第3のグランド線路パターンと、複数の信号線路パターンとを有し、
前記第1の層の下方に位置する前記積層パッケージの第2の層は、前記複数の信号線路パターンの間に配置された仕切りグランド線路パターンと、外部接続用の信号用フットパッド及びグランド用フットパッドとを有し、
前記第1及び第2のグランド線路パターンの各々は、前記グランド用フットパッドを介して仕切りグランド線路パターンに接続されていることを特徴とする分波器。 - 前記第1及び第2のグランド線路パターンの各々は、前記グランド用フットパッドを介してのみ仕切りグランド線路パターンに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分波器。
- 前記仕切りグランド線路パターンは、送信信号が通る信号線路パターンと受信信号を受け取る受信用フットパターンとの間、及び受信信号が通る信号線路パターンと送信信号を出力する送信用フットパターンとの間に介在していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分波器。
- 前記第1及び第2のグランド線路パターンとは、前記積層パッケージ内で共通に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分波器。
- 前記第1のグランド線路パターンと前記第2のグランド線路パターンとは、前記グランド用フットパターン上で接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の分波器。
- 前記第1のグランド線路パターンと前記第2のグランド線路パターンとは、重なり合う部分を持たないことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の分波器。
- 前記送信用フィルタ及び受信用フィルタは少なくとも1つのチップ上に形成され、前記第1の層にフェイスダイン状態で実装されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の分波器。
- 前記送信用フィルタ及び受信用フィルタは弾性表面波フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の分波器。
- 前記送信用フィルタ及び受信用フィルタは圧電薄膜フィルタであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の分波器。
- 異なる帯域中心周波数を有する送信用フィルタ及び受信用フィルタと、該送信用及び受信用フィルタ同士の位相を整合させる位相整合用回路と、前記送信用及び受信用フィルタと前記位相整合用回路とが実装される第1の層を含む積層パッケージとを有し、
前記第1の層は、前記送信用フィルタのグランドに接続される第1のグランド線路パターンと、前記受信用フィルタのグランドに接続される第2のグランド線路パターンとを有し、
前記第1及び第2のグランド線路パターンは、これらを流れる電流の向きが互いにほぼ逆方向となるように配置されていることを特徴とする分波器。
