Abstract

 本発明のデュープレクサは、アンテナポートに入力される受信信号のうち、所定の周波数帯域の信号のみを通過させる受信フィルタ(3)と、外部から入力される送信信号のうち、所定の周波数帯域の信号のみを通過させて、アンテナポートに出力する送信フィルタ(4)とを備えたデュープレクサであって、アンテナポートに接続されるシングルエンド型の入力端子とバランス型の出力端子とを備えた変換回路(22)を備え、受信フィルタ(3)は、変換回路(22)の出力端子に接続されるバランス型入力端子と、フィルタ処理した受信信号を出力するためのバランス型出力端子とを備えたものである。これにより、バランス入力型のLNAに接続可能でかつ損失や耐電力性を劣化させないバランス出力型のデュープレクサ、通信モジュール、および通信装置を実現することができる。
