Abstract

　バイパス回路付増幅回路は、アンテナからの信号が入力される入力端子と、入力端子に接続された増幅器と、増幅器の入力ポートとグランドとの間に接続された第１のインダクタと、入力端子と増幅器の出力ポートとの間に接続されたバイパス回路とを備える。バイパス回路は、入力端子に接続された第１のポートと、増幅器の出力ポートに接続された第２のポートと、第１と第２のポートの間に直列に接続されたスイッチとコンデンサと第２のインダクタとを有する。このバイパス回路付増幅回路では、信号が増幅器を通った場合に比べてバイパス回路を通った場合でも大きな電力減衰が生じないことにより通過特性のプロファイルが変化せず、良好な通信品質を実現することができる。
