Abstract
【解決手段】トレッド面11に複数形成される周方向溝部50のうち、ショルダーリブ41とセカンドリブ45との間に位置する周方向溝部50の溝底最深部中心72を、溝幅Wの中心線85よりもセカンドリブ45寄りに位置させる。ショルダーリブ側溝壁61は、ショルダーリブ側曲面部75によって、この状態の溝底最深部71と接続されている。また、仮想のトレッド面11である仮想延長部80とセカンドリブ側溝壁65との角度αは、仮想延長部80とショルダーリブ側溝壁61との角度βよりも小さくなるように、セカンドリブ側溝壁65及びショルダーリブ側溝壁61は形成されている。この結果、排水性や耐リブティア性を確保しつつ、耐グルーブクラック性を向上させることができる。

Claims (6)
- トレッド面に複数の周方向溝部が形成される空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記複数の周方向溝部のうち、タイヤ幅方向の位置が最もショルダー部側に位置する周方向溝部は、少なくともタイヤ周方向上での溝幅が最も狭い部分での溝底最深部中心が、前記溝幅の中心よりもタイヤ幅方向の赤道面寄りに位置しており、且つ、前記トレッド面の仮想延長部と前記赤道面側の溝壁とで形成する角度は、前記トレッド面の仮想延長部と前記ショルダー部側の溝壁とで形成する角度以下の大きさで形成されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - トレッド面に複数の周方向溝部が形成される空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記複数の周方向溝部のうち、タイヤ幅方向の位置が最もショルダー部側に位置する周方向溝部は、少なくとも前記ショルダー部側の溝壁が最もタイヤ幅方向の赤道面寄りに位置している部分での溝底最深部中心が、溝幅の中心よりも前記赤道面寄りに位置しており、且つ、前記トレッド面の仮想延長部と前記赤道面側の溝壁とで形成する角度は、前記トレッド面の仮想延長部と前記ショルダー部側の溝壁とで形成する角度以下の大きさで形成されていることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 溝底最深部と前記ショルダー部側の前記溝壁とは、前記赤道面側の前記溝壁に対して凹となる曲面によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記溝底最深部中心は、前記溝幅の中心よりも前記溝幅の5%以上前記赤道面寄りに位置していることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記トレッド面の前記仮想延長部と前記赤道面側の前記溝壁とで形成する角度αは45°≦α≦75°の範囲内で形成され、前記トレッド面の前記仮想延長部と前記ショルダー部側の前記溝壁とで形成する角度βは75°≦β≦110°の範囲内で形成されており、且つ、0.5≦(α/β)≦0.95の関係を満たしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記赤道面側の前記溝壁は、溝深さ方向において前記トレッド面の前記仮想延長部とで形成する角度が複数の異なる角度となる複数の面で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
