【解決手段】 モニタ本体120とベース部材130の間に設けられるリンク部材10と;リンク部材の一端とベース部材に対して結合された第1ピンジピン33を有しリンク部材をベース部材に対して回動可能に連結するベースヒンジ20と;リンク部材の他端とモニタ本体に対して結合された第2ピンジピン85を有しリンク部材とモニタ本体を相互回動可能に連結するモニタヒンジ70と;各端部がベースヒンジとモニタヒンンジに対して結合されて第1ヒンジピンを軸とするリンク部材の回動を第2ヒンジピンを軸とするモニタ本体の回動に伝達する補助リンク部材100,110と;を含むように構成した。

Claims (15)
- モニタ本体と,前記モニタ本体を支持するベース部材と,を含むモニタ装置において,
前記モニタ本体と前記ベース部材との間に設けられるリンク部材と;
前記リンク部材を前記ベース部材の板面に対して回動可能に連結するように,前記リンク部材の一端と前記ベース部材に対して結合された第1ピンジピンを有するベースヒンジと;
前記リンク部材の他端と前記モニタ本体とを相互回動可能に連結するように,前記リンク部材の他端と前記モニタ本体に対して結合された第2ピンジピンを有するモニタヒンジと;
一端が前記ベースヒンジに対して結合されて他端が前記モニタヒンンジに対して結合され,前記第1ヒンジピンの軸心を中心として回動する前記リンク部材の回転運動を,前記第2ヒンジピンの軸心を中心として回動する前記モニタ本体の回転運動に伝達する補助リンク部材と;
を含むことを特徴とするモニタ装置。 - 相互に所定の距離だけ離隔されて対をなして前記ベース部材に締結される第1ベースブラケット及び第2ベースブラケットをさらに含み,
前記ベースヒンジは,前記リンク部材の一端の両側を前記第1ベースブラケット及び前記第2ベースブラケットにそれぞれ回動可能に連結する第1ベースヒンジ部及び第2ベースヒンジ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記第1ベースヒンジ部及び前記第2ベースヒンジ部のそれぞれは,
前記第1ヒンジピンと回動可能に結合されるように前記リンク部材の一端の側面に形成された第1ピン受容部と;
一端が前記第1ベースブラケット及び前記第2ベースブラケットと結合され,他端に前記第1ヒンジピンと結合されるように形成された第2ピン受容部を含む第1リンク支持部と;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記第1ベースヒンジ部または前記第2ベースヒンジ部の少なくともいずれかに,前記ベース部材に対する前記リンク部材の回動角度を制限する回動角制限手段が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記回動角制限手段は,
前記リンク部材の一端の両側面のうち少なくともいずれかの側面に設けられて相互に離隔されて対向するように放射状に切取られた一対の第1ストッパーと,
前記リンク部材の回動方向に沿って前記一対の第1ストッパーにそれぞれ選択的に係止されるように前記第1リンク支持部の他端に設けられた一対の第1突出部と,を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のモニタ装置。 - 相互に所定の距離だけ離隔されて対をなして前記モニタ本体に締結される第1モニタブラケット及び第2モニタブラケットをさらに含み,
前記モニタヒンジは,前記リンク部材の他端の両側を前記第1モニタブラケット及び前記第2モニタブラケットにそれぞれ回動可能に連結する第1モニタヒンジ部及び第2モニタヒンジ部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記第1モニタヒンジ部及び前記第2モニタヒンジ部のそれぞれは,
前記リンク部材の他端の側面に形成されたヒンジ挿入孔と;
前記第2ヒンジピンと結合されるように前記第1モニタブラケット及び前記第2モニタブラケットの前記リンク部材の他端と対向する一側に形成された第3ピン受容部と;
前記ヒンジ挿入孔に回動可能に挿入されるヒンジ挿入部と,前記第2ヒンジピンと回動可能に結合されるように前記第3ピン受容部と対向する位置に形成された第4ピン受容部とを有する第2リンク支持部と;を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記第1モニタヒンジ部または前記第2モニタヒンジ部の少なくともいずれかには,前記リンク部材に対する前記モニタ本体の回動角度を制限するモニタ角度制限手段が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記モニタ角度制限手段は,
前記第1モニタブラケットまたは前記第2モニタブラケットの少なくともいずれかに設けられて,相互に離隔されて対向するように放射状に切取られた一対の第2ストッパーと,
前記モニタ本体の回動方向に沿って前記一対の第2ストッパーにそれぞれ選択的に係止されるように前記第2リンク支持部の一端に設けられた一対の第2突出部と,を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記補助リンク部材は,前記ベースヒンジの第1ヒンジピン及び前記モニタヒンジの第2ヒンジピンの回動軸と交差する方向に配置されて,前記リンク部材と共に回動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記補助リンク部材は,対をなして形成される第1補助リンク部材及び第2補助リンク部材を含み,
前記リンク部材の両側部にはそれぞれ前記リンク部材の一端から他端にかけて陥没形成されて前記第1補助リンク部材及び前記第2補助リンク部材を受容するリンク部材受容部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記ベースヒンジ及び前記モニタヒンジのそれぞれには,前記第1補助リンク部材及び前記第2補助リンク部材を受容して回動可能に締結するよう,相互に所定の距離だけ離隔されて配置される第1補助リンク受容部及び第2補助リンク受容部がそれぞれ設けられたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のモニタ装置。
- 前記第1補助リンク受容部及び前記第2補助リンク受容部には,相互に所定の距離だけ離隔されるようにそれぞれピン挿入孔が形成され,
前記第1補助リンク部材及び第2補助リンク部材の両端には,前記ピン挿入孔に連通する貫通孔がそれぞれ形成され,
前記貫通孔と前記ピン挿入孔とは,リンク結合ピンによってそれぞれ結合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のモニタ装置。 - 前記リンク部材が前記ベース部材の板面に対して下向き回動する方向と逆方向に弾性付勢するよう,一側が前記リンク部材に対して支持されて他側が前記第1ベースブラケットまたは前記第2ベースブラケットの少なくともいずれかに支持される第1捻りコイルスプリングを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモニタ装置。
- 相互に所定の距離だけ離隔されて対をなして前記モニタ本体に締結される第1モニタブラケット及び第2モニタブラケットをさらに含み,
前記モニタ本体が前記リンク部材の板面に対して下向き回動する方向と逆方向に弾性付勢するよう,一側が前記リンク部材に対して支持されて他側が前記第1モニタブラケットまたは前記第2モニタブラケットの少なくともいずれかに支持される第2捻りコイルスプリングを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のモニタ装置。
