Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のガラス物品は、透明耐熱ガラス板の表面に遮光層が形成されてなるガラス物品であって、波長400〜700nmの可視光線の平均透過率が0.03〜15%であり、波長1000〜2500nmの赤外線の平均反射率が50%以上であることを特徴とする。

Description
比較例1は、JIS T 8141における遮光度5に適合する遮光眼鏡レンズ(株式会社理研オプテック製 SOLIDA#5)を用いた。ガラス厚は2.2mmの着色ガラスである。
比較例2は、実施例で使用した透明結晶化ガラス(日本電気硝子株式会社製 N−0)に成膜せずにガラス物品として使用した。
Claims (7)
- 透明耐熱ガラス板の表面に遮光層が形成されてなるガラス物品であって、波長380〜780nmの可視光線の平均透過率が0.03〜15%であり、波長1000〜2500nmの赤外線の平均反射率が50%以上であることを特徴とするガラス物品。
- 波長1000〜2500nmの赤外線の平均透過率が10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス物品。
- 透明耐熱ガラス板が、30〜380℃における平均熱膨張係数が−20〜+50×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス物品。
- 透明耐熱ガラス板が、透明結晶化ガラス、高珪酸ガラス、ホウ珪酸ガラスまたは石英ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のガラス物品。
- 遮光層が、下記(a)〜(d)の中から選ばれた一つの遮光膜を含み、
(a)は、Ti、Nb、Ag、Pt、Au、Zr、Hf、NiおよびCrからなる群より選ばれた一種の金属であり、
(b)は、Ti、Nb、Ag、Zr、Hf、NiおよびCrからなる群より選ばれた一種の金属の窒化物であり、
(c)は、TiAl、NiCr、ステンレスおよびハステロイからなる群より選ばれた一種の合金であり、
(d)は、TiAl、NiCr、ステンレスおよびハステロイからなる群より選ばれた一種の合金の窒化物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラス物品。 - 遮光層が、下記(a)〜(e)の中から選ばれた一つの遮光膜と下記(f)からなる熱線反射膜を含み、
(a)は、Ti、Nb、Ag、Pt、Au、Zr、Hf、NiおよびCrからなる群より選ばれた一種の金属であり、
(b)は、Ti、Nb、Ag、Zr、Hf、NiおよびCrからなる群より選ばれた一種の金属の窒化物であり、
(c)は、TiAl、NiCr、ステンレスおよびハステロイからなる群より選ばれた一種の合金であり、
(d)は、TiAl、NiCr、ステンレスおよびハステロイからなる群より選ばれた一種の合金の窒化物であり、
(e)は、Siであり、
(f)は、錫含有酸化インジウム、フッ素含有酸化スズ、アンチモン含有酸化スズおよびアルミニウム含有酸化亜鉛からなる群より選ばれた一種の酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のガラス物品。 - SiO2、Si3N4、AlN、SiAlNxおよびTiO2からなる群より選ばれた一種からなる保護膜を遮光膜または熱線反射膜に隣接するように形成してなることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のガラス物品。
