Description

ii)1.2から2の範囲の低屈折率材料の一層、
iii)3を越える屈折率を持つ半導体材料の一層、
を含む層の積層体により被覆され、
− 高屈折率材料の屈折率と低屈折率材料の屈折率が少なくとも0.2だけ異なり、
− 層i)の光学的厚さ(幾何学的厚さ×屈折率)が260nm未満、好ましくは250nm未満であり、層ii)の光学的厚さが240nm未満、好ましくは220nm未満であり、そして
− 被覆された基板が550nmで少なくとも6%、好ましくは少なくとも8%の透過率、及び550nmで45%を越える、好ましくは50%を越える反射率を持つ。
被覆基板は観察者から見て:
ガラス2mm/TiO260nm/SiO250nm/Cr20nmからなる。

Claims (17)
- 前面と背面を持つガラス基板であって、その背面上に、基板から連続的に、
i)1.9から2.8の範囲の高屈折率材料の一層、
ii)1.2から2の範囲の低屈折率材料の一層、
iii)3を越える屈折率を持つ半導体材料の一層、
を含む層の積層体により被覆され、
− 高屈折率材料の屈折率と低屈折率材料の屈折率が少なくとも0.2だけ異なり、
− 層i)の光学的厚さが260nm未満、好ましくは250nm未満であり、層ii)の光学的厚さが240nm未満、好ましくは220nm未満であり、そして
− 被覆された基板が550nmで少なくとも6%、好ましくは少なくとも8%の透過率、及び550nmで45%を越える、好ましくは50%を越える反射率を持つことを特徴とするガラス基板。 - 層i)の光学的厚さが85と240nmの間であり、好ましくは100と225nmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス基板。
- 層ii)の光学的厚さが50と180nmの間であり、好ましくは60と170nmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス基板。
- 700nmで38%以下、好ましくは35%以下の透過率と、700nmで少なくとも43%、好ましくは少なくとも45%の反射率を持つことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 800nmで62%以下、好ましくは60%以下の透過率と、800nmで少なくとも22%、好ましくは少なくとも25%の反射率を持つことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 半導体材料がケイ素、クロム、ゲルマニウム、チタン、アルミニウム、タングステン、ニッケルまたはこれらの材料の合金の少なくとも一つから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 半導体材料が、ドープされていないまたは0から12%のAlでドープされたケイ素であり、かつ少なくとも部分的に結晶化されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 高屈折率材料が酸化チタン、酸化ニオブ、窒化アルミニウム及び窒化ケイ素の中から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 低屈折率材料が酸化ケイ素、フッ化マグネシウム、酸化スズの中から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 反射光に中性色を持つことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 反射光の色が13%未満、好ましくは10%未満の色純度を与えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 半導体材料の層が5と100nmの間、好ましくは10と75nmの間の厚さを持つことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 層iii)がCr層であるとき、その幾何学的厚さが5と50nmの間、好ましくは10と40nmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
- 層iii)がSi層であるとき、その幾何学的厚さが5と75nmの間、好ましくは10と60nmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載のガラス基板。
